XEL had $125 millions debt at the same stage but CHAR has ZERO debt

It's depressing to see the share price falling with a very low volume.

Also, at the agm, new resolution passed to give authority to The BOD to issue further 289 million shares if its required in the next 15 months or the next agm date.

They have mentioned that, only 89 millions shares can be issued to raise cash and the remaining 200 millions shares to offer for potential deals with other companies.

Anyone has picked this up correctly at the agm ?

And

He said again "IMMINENT" at the AGM. So if this is going to take months then his credibility is going to be zero (If he has any credibility as we speak)

Gas sale agreement will be signed only after the partnership agreement

Why they have raised $12 millions at the rate of 14p ?

Moroccon authorities invited to develop onshore field and this opportunity is too good to missed.

$3 millions will be the cost but potential of $300 millions income to Char.

Also, since the discussions is on going for potential partnership it is not favourable to have a empty bank balance as the potential partners will use this as a weakness .

Is there any chance of selling Anchois project completely to third party company for a handsome figure and focus on the new Loukos prospects and other renewable projects?
