I do agree with you with the points you have mentioned. Unfortunately we can't change anything happened in the past.
You sounds like an industry veteran.
So , what would you do to get this company on track ?

Here is a genuine question for both of you .

# What do you both suggest to tackle the debt if this is not the proper way to deal ?
I know we have billions of shares now with this.
I know we may not have the best BOD to deal with the issues we have.
My understanding is, if we don't service the debt payments then the bondholders can take the company just like Xcite energy and we shareholders going to loose everything. Is it not the case ?
Please tell us what is the alternative ways we can deal with the Debt.
Before someone jump on me, English is not my first language so there may be some grammar and spelling mistakes in my post.

When do we know about the dividend payment ?
Has it already been declared?
Is there a chance that the board will scrap the dividend due to reduced profits

Simple,
Bond holders will take the control of the company, and share holders will get zero.
Eg. - Xcite energy
(If the bond holders demand their money instead of accepting shares ).
Yes, billions of shares but the company is generating cash and share holders still have shares.

Why do they have to raise funds?. No debt payment to make , interest is very little only 2% not due until 2032.
Revenue is increasing every month will more wells are operating. Yes , billions of shares but company with little debt. I hope we have turned the corner.

How much think that will go up to ?

They have reduced debt from £21.2millions to £16.2 millions from August to September so there is no signs of short of cash. Specially we are in the most cash generating period of the year.

As I mentioned few times, website , social media and other related sale channels are second to none. This business has no signs of distress business and its quite unfortunate what has happened in the past.
I'm sure sales will go over the the roof during the festive period as customers are moving towards more affordable great products such as REVB.

Sorry , September RNS said that the debt has gone down to £16 millions *

We have seen during July/August debt was around £21 millions and one of the September RNS mentioned that the debt has gone down to around £10 millions. So , I assume now the debt has gone down to around £10 millions mark and clearly additional funding is not required. Specially 2nd half of the Year company making more money.

What is your take of lenders appointing advisors to monitor the situation?
I think investigation may have concluded and the banks wants to make sure things are ok with the bankers point of view .
