If there is another Wonga lender, you can bet all the sage grouse in Wyoming that AM will have his slice of that lucrative pie. I do take solace in the fact he is invested here but there are other ways he can make that back multiple times over via his lender friends. Does anyone have any update on the farm in developments? Alls I can see in the rns docs over the last few years is that they are exploring all options. Meanwhile cash in the bank is dwindling away year on year due to admin costs. Clearly huge potential in the ground but no sign of appetite to extract.

I ain’t got the balls to trade this as it would be my luck news dropped the minute I sold. Fair play to those who have, they have done well. My advice is to switch off for a few days, watching it go up and down daily is tedious, it’s firmly in the grip of these sellers, whoever they are, we might find out soon enough.

The hedge has been mentioned a few times on here, Hedge for 2022 is $56.58, 1k bopd. Art didn’t sound overly concerned as this was offset by the price he secured for butane gas for the miscible flooding. I don’t think this is an issue as short term the value will be in the CPR and if we increase production to the levels we hope, the hedge will only account for a small percentage of our sales. Happy to be corrected.
One question, is the hedge reviewed annually or over the term of the loan?
