If that’s the case, that would lead me to believe that AM is set on the CUDA purchase rather than a JV.

Hopefully AM is lining all his ducks in prep for a JV or takeover at a later stage, just hope it doesn’t drag on, at the same token I appreciate these deals can be complex.

I wasn’t asking why the placing was made, I was questioning the price of the placing, thanks for pointing me in the direction of the rns docs though, very helpful.

Can someone remind me, what was the reasoning behind the last placing at a meagre 20p?

Considering we were comfortably trading in the 30p plus range for months, as high as 60p plus on relisting after suspension, I find the 20p planing price insulting.

Is it just a case of AM feathering his mates wonga nest or is it more complex than that?

Genuine question as the placing price still baffles me, it’s lead to a massive lack of sentiment and trust.

Obviously if we do rerate then all is forgiven but as we have seen, time is precious, everyone has their own timescales/patience levels, mine is another 12 months.

In Art we trust (for another 12 months max!) I hope the next 6 months are transformational, the news has to flow like the oil or were all wasting our time.

Not the most reassuring shenanigans, I’ll hold this year and see what news flow materialises, you would think after a few poor investments, they are due some better results.

After watching several interviews of the CEO, he certainly talks a good game, he was bullish last year, bordering on ****y, saying that 8p was cheap and was confident of a m cap of 50mill plus in 12 months. “Call me a fool” he said.

These are clear news announcement target dates, anything in addition or in between is a bonus, patience is needed as always.
In the meantime, hopefully a steady rise, failing that, it will be more bickering about 5% up and down SP movements until oil is flowing.

LOI-A quick close is always better than a slow close. Experienced and motivated buyers are able to close a transaction in 45 to 60 days after the LOI is signed, but a more typical timeline is 90 to 120 days.

Still a bit to go but hopefully it won’t stop a bit of news flow in the meantime.
