Question for the more knowledgeable oilers out there if I may…

I’m pretty convinced that the discovery is a legitimate one, Art does have a sketchy record with the truth but on this occasion I’m happy to take it at face value.

My question is, what are the barriers to getting the oil out of the ground, (if any) assuming it’s there, are there any scenarios which could result in us not being able to get the oil out of the ground
geological/scientifically speaking?

Or is this an open goal Art can’t miss…

To be fair, between the ADVFN and the Canadian board, they don’t seem to have a good word about anyone, especially Art! He has certainly p*ssed off many a shareholder over the years. I live in hope all that is behind him.

What are our asserts worth alone, isn’t it circa 250 mill? Add in another 100 mill for CUDA, I’m quite relaxed about a placing, even another 50 million shares and were still 10x away from fair value and that doesn’t even include the discovery.

Of course it would be nice to do the placing at a higher SP but giving Art the benefit of doubt, he may not have been able to find a lender (AAA terms) in the necessary time frames needed.

Someone’s selling but also someone’s buying the 50k and 100k clips…Tr1 would be nice.

RE: CPR, I think it’s a fair question.

To my knowledge, it has been confirmed on several occasions by Cathy Hume – CEO CHF Investor Relations via email to shareholders who have had regular correspondence.

It has also been alluded to by AM in his latest communication, he mentions the discovery, so either assume he knows what he’s doing and knows the necessary process (ie need of a CPR) to prove discovery or think he’s fibbing and move on.

In the spirit of transparency, let’s be honest, i would like an explanation from AM in his next interview with his mates at proactive as to how he let the waiver situation get to that point.
Looking forward, I hope the refinancing more than covers the hefty slap on the wrist.
A lot of moving parts at the moment so inevitable a few bumps in the road, let’s just hope the road leads a to an oily promised land.
