It would be reassuring to see some significant buys over the comings weeks considering the due diligence process is meant to be towards the latter end of any deal.

You would think a big oil company will have many associates, family, friends, window cleaners who will have an inside track on impending ventures.

Simple reason for that Sub, the board is full of people trading this on a daily basis, that’s fine of course, it’s just the ones talking their book that grate on me, also the ones posting constantly just causes disruption, a lot of the time by design.

Still a lot to be positive about here, how quickly it plays out is anybodies guess. Very interested to see over the next month the impact of the delayed RBL, that 5 month “trip wire”, we will need significant production increase to negate the 13.5 shares.

I predicted the price action today (to myself) after that RNS,I suspected it would fall back, was tempted to trade but bottled it as usual. I found the wording a little cautious and preparing us short term that more patience is needed.

I had hoped for 80p-£1 by Christmas but that’s gone now for me….unless this JV is a barnstormer..we live in hope.

Settle for 30p in 2022 as long as we see at least a quid in 2023…any chance Art?

Anyone new looking at this board today for info would find it a right turn off.

Be interesting to see Tiburns take on this, especially around RBL… is it a possibility that a JV partner could clear our debt instead or is the delay simply due to the volatile lending markets, I guess probably the latter.

I wouldn’t say I was underwhelmed with the update, just getting a little impatient is all, could be an opportunity to top up over coming month as I can’t see moving much as some have predicted (£1 by Xmas).

Hope to be pleasantly surprised, this is COPL after all, “strap yourselves in”.

2023 is filled with uncertainty, and yes the fixed rate is up, hopefully property prices hold their own as I plan to sell up. Hopefully copl rerates and gives us all that comfortable buffer!
