I hate football analogies but being an Everton supporter, this is uncanny.

Bill Kenwright, Everton chairman (Arthur) has over the years treated the club like his toy, his play thing. He has overseen 2 stadium move failures, destination kirkby (Liberia) and the kings dock (Nigeria).
He kept the club afloat with dodgy wonga type lending facilities via disgraced tycoon Phillip Green (Anavio amongst others). These deals overseen by directors, the likes of Keith Wyness and chancers Robert Elstone (Ryan).
Now here comes the hopeful bit, he was saved by a rich billionaire Moshiri (Exxon) and he wanted his hands on an asset, a premier league club (giant oil discovery).

I truly get the saying “value will out”.

If and when it all comes together, I will be the first to congratulate Art but until then, my main hope still rests on attracting our “Billionaire”.

May I suggest Twitter with all the other loonies..

My point being, improve comms, improve sentiment, if there’s poor results then give some assurances around why and what is being done. Some shareholders give the impression they just want to give Art a free ride, not for me thanks, I want to me kept informed if I’m seeing my investment eroded month on month. Yes we all hope for better, we all live in hope of a JV or RBL but we had these hopes last Christmas too. The time is now, treated like mushrooms for far too long, given constant dangled carrots, meanwhile deadlines are missed and our working capital dwindles by the day. Feel free to keep happy clapping, as a shareholder I demand better….and so should you imo.

Either or, nothing stopping a monthly progress report.
Regarding the pipeline website, it’s a matter of uploading the data, no reason why this data shouldn’t be available 2 weeks into the following month. We used to get the data closer to the 20th of the month.

I think people have a right to raise their concerns, it might not all be doom n gloom but it’s certainly no parade. Current cash burn is a concern, and we’re still in the dark regarding JV and RBL, it’s twitchy bum time.
I’d like to see a decent uplift in November figures, no reason why they can’t be published early, in the same way they have recently been published late due to them being poor. Don’t say it’s down to a third party website as that’s nonsense, no reason why these figures can’t be published middle of the month.

I understand comparing with previous month but when you compare with January this year it paints a different picture.

Short term production appears to to quite important considering our cash burn, unless you’re not worried about further dilution to keep the generators running.
I know it’s Reserved Based Lending, but that ugly slimy face on Twitter makes a valid point, “Have to wonder, if RBL is a possibility then why didn’t they get one previously on their existing reserves (same for Cuda and it’s funding) rather than that rip-off loan note facility?” I’d say current poor production is a factor in not yet securing RBL, not the only factor, but a contributing one all the same.

It’s ok being patient but the longer this carries on, further dilution is inevitable, the cash burn points to this.
This can all change with an RBL or JV announcement of course but current shareholders need the value out of the ground now whilst all the stars are aligned, high oil prices and geopolitical state.

Personally, I’m in a similar position to Bolton, I can’t wait to get out of this game. It’s all lies, posturing and quite frankly I’ve got to a point where I don’t particularly trust anyone on these boards., it’s pretty dangerous to.
Only people making money seem to be the traders, good luck to them but that ain’t me, I guess I’m just at the wrong table!
My only hope is Art actually fulfils at least one of his promises and secures either RBL/JV so I can get out of dodge, checking in on these boards has been a little more consuming than I care to admit.
