On a serious note, the fact that COPL has been able to raise over $60 million, has acquired 2 new businesses, made a discovery on a huge scale, attracted a large oil company, if Art can’t monetise this then it will be a massive failure, he couldn’t risk that again, he would be a laughing stock.

Re JV, I agree with Wookie, it does all appear on a knife edge, but at the same time, we only require what is deemed to be pocket change from the “large company” to improve the infrastructure. The cash burn has always been a worry of mine, interested to see how it plays out. I thought the “do we need another placing” question put to Art in the last interview really annoyed him. He appeared to say “no” through gritted teeth…we shall see.

Re Liberia - Although this time around, the find is backed up by Ryder Scott. It’s a little fishy the report was not shared, only opens up the opportunity of further scrutiny, however, Ryder Scott have at least allowed some top line figures to be published so we shall see.

When you look at what 1 billion (+) barrels of oil in the ground is worth, it’s anybodies guess. When the SP is 12p, any predictions of £1 SP seems both cheap and fanciful at the same time.

Personally I’m prepared to lose all of my investment now, I’m not selling a share for less than 50p, there was a time I thought at least £1 but I’ve been worn down by the games and general underhandedness. I suspect a lot are of the same mindset, but that’s not to say this company does not have the potential to be a billion+ market cap. The assets are phenomenal.

Like I’ve said in the past, it all depends how long you’re prepared to wait and endure the b*llends on this board, I hope to sell up in 6-9 months, as I said, it’s anybodies guess where we will be then.
