Oiler do you see growth over coming months, increased production, RBL and JV or do you think none of these will come to fruition?

In layman’s oiler (please), you believe the 13.5p warrants are being toward sold so in turn this theoretically allows the bond holders to sell at sub 10p? These are the shares that we see being sold at the moment?

1. Wouldn’t there have to be an RNA to state warrants have been taken up?
2. They can’t be taken up unless an RBL isn’t in place 5 months from issue date.
3.Why would a bond holder sell with impending good news on the horizon and stifle the share price?

I know forward selling happens although illegal so hopefully someone more experienced than me can put this theory to bed…

My only concern with a JV opposed to a takeover is how long it will take to reflect in the SP. Nothing so far has had the desired affect on SP as we had hoped, how long will a Major take to get multiple wells online? I could do with getting out of this game in 12 months so I’m hopeful the stars will align in that timeframe.

5 month RBL deadline from July or

It wasn’t in the last presentation, it was mid to late September, hopefully someone will post it as I haven’t had any luck finding it either, a few on here will vouch he certainly said he hoped RBL term sheet will be signed end Sep-1st week in Oct.
