Can somebody share the video where art said term sheet for RBL hoped to be signed end of sep to 1st week in Oct please?

I can’t find it, I’m pretty sure I didn’t dream it up.

I agree, why would Art mention RBL terms should be agreed 1st week in October only to miss the deadline? 60mill is chicken feed for a major, what about an interest free loan as part of any JV?

It’s all guesswork at the minute but exciting times nonetheless.

Could be people selling who bought in the 12p range. If it is the bond holders then it is an odd one as all news flow points to increased production, a JV and an RBL.

Re:RBL - I know this is a moving target at the moment but why did Art state it terms would be signed off last week if he knew the deadline would not be met? It’s hard to believe this JV news has only just materialised.

Not saying anything untoward is going on, would just like to be invested in a share that goes up on good news for a change, all this guesswork is getting tedious, just allows the usual suspects to create fear.

The more I think about a JV with a Major, the more I think a Major would rather just take us out, why all the faff? Only reason for a JV as opposed to a takeover would be Art wanting to be involved in the project, I’m sure Exxon can find a position for him.

According to the market, a JV only has to stump up £21.5m for 50% of COPL.

Even though COPL have invested over £100m in acquiring assets like atomic, Cuda, gas for the MF, oh and not forgetting a measly 1 billion + barrels oil confirmed under COPL lands by none other than Ryder Scott…..Err Nigeria too.

The system is broken and needs fixing, it’s getting tedious now and I can’t help think this is the plan, these type of assets are not supposed to be in the hands of common folk, they belong to big money, big institutions, and they have the time and means to make sure they acquire as much as possible.

I’m not one for conspiracy but this is capitalism at its darkest. Don’t let them have your shares.

Conversion price of 16.75p, being a 5% premium to the 5-day volume weighted average price of COPL's common shares on LSE prior to signing binding terms with the Investor. The Conversion Price is US$0.2001 based on 1.19480 GBP/USD FX rate as of 4pm London, UK on 21 July 2022. The Conversion Price will be reset to 13.25p (US$0.1583 based on the aforementioned FX rate) if, among other things, an RBL is not secured five months from the Issue Date, or on the twelfth month anniversary of the issue date of the Convertible.

As for Gaffney buying shares, my guess is that he’s got his stake in the Anavio deal.

Correct me if I’m wrong but as volume over there is so low, it’s my understanding the Canadian market follows our market and not the other way around.

When you see the work that has gone into this project and the investment spent, it makes the acts of the shorting gangs even more despicable.

It’s disrespectful to parasites to call these people parasites, shame on them, all for a few quid.
