AGM Questions21 May 2019 23:02
I see a post from Carliol over on the II HUR board suggesting some questions for the AGM. ( copied below and hoping the O.P. won't mind!)
That poster is unable to attend and hoping that someone else might share his/her desire to have them answered. I just thought "that seems like a good idea" and maybe some folks on here, who can't attend, might want to throw a question into the ring, in the hope that someone attending might take it up at the AGM? Just in an "esprit de corps" kind of a way, no pressure on anyone, and in the belief that questions & ideas often beget useful information & debate.
So. Do you have any questions you'd like to see asked/answered at the AGM?

From II Board, by "Carliol": (21/5/19, 7pm-ish)
* In the Corporate Presentation for Q2 2019 on page 14 it states the cash flow from the EPS on Lancaster for oil sold at $50.00 - $60.00 - $70.00 a barrel. Given that oil is now…a barrel, how will this cash flow be used? Will it fund further drilling? Repayment of debt? To fund a dividend to shareholders? Or perhaps a combination these?
* What flow rate from the Warwick Deep will make it commercially viable?
* Assuming the Warwick Deep is commercially viable. Under what time frame will it take to be tied into the Aoka Mizu? At what cost and where will the money come from?
*If a hostile bid came in for all of Hurricane’s assets. What would the reaction of the B o D be and what would be an acceptable price?
* Does the B o D have a strategy to deal with a hostile bid?
* Are there any plans to farm out a share of Lancaster? If a cash deal were to go through, would some of the cash be paid to shareholders?
* Has there been any interest in Hurricane from a major such as BP?
* The last CPR on Lincoln, Warwick, Halifax, Whirlwind and Strathmore was in Dec 2017. When will be the next CPR on these assets be? There are currently slightly over 2 billion barrels of 2C contingent resources on these assets. On the next CPR how much oil do you anticipate will be transferred from 2C to 2P ?
* The last CPR on Lancaster was on 2nd May 2017. When can we expect the next CPR on Lancaster? There are currently 2P reserves of 37.30 million barrels for the EPS over 6 years plus 24.80 million barrels if the EPS is extended to 10 years. Lancaster has 523 million barrels of 2C contingent resources. How much oil do you anticipate being transferred from 2C to 2P on the next CPR?
* Is Hurricane’s balance sheet sufficiently strong making the requirement for further funding unnecessary?
* Does the B o D have any intention of a fund raising that might cause more dilution?
* If further funding is required would existing shareholders have the opportunity to participate in a rights issue?
* What is your opinion on how the EPS on Lancaster has performed since first oil was produced?
