We pay £250 per hour plus VAT= £300 per hour,....that's just for checking, assured short hold tenancy agreement, on house purchase, with current existing tenancy agreement in place,.....roll on arbitration result, well overdue now, considering they gave a date of July,....we will carry on holding indefinitely, for arbitration result.

Hi Geowiz,....I agree with goooba769 ( "High risk and high reward so position yourself sensibly"),....for ourselves, we have a very small percentage (2.5% to 3% approx), of our overall investments (houses, land & share investments), invested in our share portfolios (12 different companies),....what we have invested GBP, is a very small fraction of 1% of our overall investments,....in recent months, I have been concentrating our fresh surplus Funds, on building our Gold shareholdings positions up,....good luck, with your investment strategy.

BOR are classed as, ord1p shares (par value),.......I agree gus0, that a raise at 0.5p, is most unlikely, (IMO),....a raise at 1p or more, would be acceptable for myself, with our BOR shareholdings standing, at a Gross Average s/p@1.3009p.

" As a result, shareholders in AAOG will no longer have any exposure to the Tilapia asset or its liabilities or receivables from the Revised Completion Date."

Been building our HUM shareholding, for awhile, ptitbru,....not yet reached, our targeted (Max Funds Invested) HUM shareholdings level,.....with our present Gross Average entry s/p level, in the s/p@20p range, the current Ask s/p level, is a Buy for myself,....I anticipate holding our HUM shareholdings, for a few years.
