I hope so, ptitbru,....I reached & surpassed, our targeted Core HUM shareholdings last week,....started building Core HUM shareholdings, in the s/p@30p to 40p range,....never expected, that I would reach our targeted Core HUM shareholdings, with buys at these low (s/p@6.4p) s/p levels, increasing our HUM shareholdings by 27.91% approx last week, which has given us a Gross Average HUM buying price, in the mid teens,....will sit back now, and wait for the second half of 2023.

Having read the policy paper, energy profits levy fact sheet, (26 May 2022),....updated 15 June 2022,....it appears to me, that it is targeted, at just UK extraction,....on qualifying expenditure, the tax relief increases to 91p, on every £1 of extra investment, that's how I read it,.....good for Wressle Oil Field, (IMO).

"I first bought into PRD (about 2018), when PRD cornered the CO2 market in Trinidad,.....they did not have Morocco back then, they were around s/p@3p with 100m shares in issue, from memory,.....I first heard Paul Griffiths mention Corrib South, in a 2018 Directors Talk interview (dated August 1, 2018), I will put the link to the interview below, you will probably have to insert / / d i r e c t o r s t a l k . n e t / to make it work,.....from 04:56 into interview, Paul talks about Corrib South,....the guidance given:

"In the highest case Corrib South could create £3.5 billion to £4 billion sterling worth of Gross Revenue, even at very conservative Gas Prices",....that's 2018 Gas Prices he is talking about,....the potential upside is enormous, at today's Gas Prices (IMO),....he goes on to say, Corrib South could be ‘the big one’ dwarfing all its other projects,.....but we did not have Morocco back when interview was made.

I top sliced PRD, long ago, retaining free PRD shareholdings in our two ISA's, plus crystalized cash profit,.....looking forward to our drill,.....will carry on holding PRD, regardless of results, for Corrib South,....one of our other shareholdings (EOG), has just released some encouraging news, with reference to their Irish licence prospect, close to Corrib.

Agree with your comment, ref seller, Bladey,.....I would have taken up an open offer for the drill, had I been given the opportunity,.....now, I have been sitting on hands, waiting for seller to clear,.....once they are long gone, I may consider increasing our EOG shareholdings,.....we are already holding, decent sized EOG shareholdings, for the Inishkea prospect, in FEL 4/19 in the Slyne basin, near the Corrib gasfield,.....we have been holding EOG shareholdings, from long before Serenity came on the scene,....we will continue to hold, in the belief, that common sense, will eventually win the day.

Our 52 week high s/p@19.80p, gives a Market Cap of £78m approx,.....a bid around that level, although it would give us a good profit, on our HUM shareholdings, I would not be interested in such an offer,.....I have invested Funds in HUM, for the second half of 2023 forwards.

Having waited this long, remembering how the arbitration case has been dragged out,.....I personally, would pursue the full award amount, accepting nothing less,......once the grace period has expired, the interest will start to build nicely.
