The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
That is interesting, when looking at the guidance given, for the rescheduling, (due to potential near-term progress),.....then looking at the Financing Update, dated March 17 2022, where ZEN refers to;-
"potential near-term business development in the Republic of the Congo".

I was aware, of all the points you mention, when on Thursday deciding to start increasing our PRD shareholdings, Jonmo91,......I also took into consideration, that;-
Etract:
"Stock Lending Agreement
The Company does not presently have sufficient headroom to enable the issue and admission of all of the 60,000,000 Placing Shares which are required to be issued pursuant to the Placing without the production of an FCA approved prospectus. The Company is therefore proposing to issue and admit 45,000,000 new ordinary shares (up to its existing headroom) (the "New Placing Shares") and for a director, Paul Griffiths, to transfer by way of a loan of shares (the "Stock Lending Agreement"), 15,000,000 existing shares held by him in order to settle the Placing in a timely manner."

When considering all of the above, I decided to increase.

As warrants are exercisable at 9p,.....I'm not expecting s/p to rise much above s/p@9p, until the arbitration result is known, for that reason, (warrants),.....with the arbitration result, getting closer by the day, don't see much downside either,....just patiently waiting, for updates/arbitration results, myself.

Thanks for interview ( https://twitter.com/StockBoxMedia/status/1560559379996217346 )link, JP2000,....all sounds very encouraging.

Only saw yesterdays Placing ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/placing-to-raise-ps3-3-million/15588208 ) RNS, earlier today,......now that uncertainty has been removed, I've started to increase our PRD shareholdings today, first tranche bought s/p@6p.

Interview ( https://youtu.be/Yf4VPxxz0Z4 ), covers the need, for domestic production, well,....thanks for interview link, chasrutledge.

The TLP-104 well, was going to test, the Djeno reservoir & the Vandji formation,.....using the results from the TLP-103C well, to improve the design of the TLP-104, in order to achieve optimum production levels, from the Djeno reservoir,....from memory, the flow rate stays stable, from the Djeno wells, up to 5,000 barrels a day, per well,.....the Vandji formation, would have been interesting, hope ZEN is going drill TLP-104 well, at some point, & test the Vandji formation, (along with the Djeno reservoir),.....if memory serves me well, a Vandji well, would produce at a lot higher rate of production, than a Djeno well.
"Exploration activities at Tilapia
Seismic studies carried out by AAOG have indicated the presence of hydrocarbons in the Mengo and Djeno sands, as well as Vandji formation, which lie below the pre-salt layer of the field. The formations were not explored earlier due to the unavailability of extraction techniques." ( https://www.offshore-technology.com/projects/tilapia-oil-field/ ).

The guidance on Wressle, alone, it is enough, to keep myself invested, in EOG, boltok,...... Serenity, I'm looking forward, to seeing, how EOG stake, plays out there,.....FEL 4/19 (Inishkea) alone, is also enough, to keep myself invested, in EOG,.....plus we have Morocco etc,....I've more than doubled, our EOG shareholdings, over the last few weeks,......did someone suggest, we could become millionaires, will soon need to be, the way gas price is rising. ;0)

" Each Warrant gives the holder the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share at a price of 9 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Strike Price") at any time from the issue of the Warrants up to (and including) 5.00 p.m. on 31 December 2023 (the "Warrant Exercise Period")."

Tilapia oil field, being able to drill the Djeno Sands Horizon, from onshore, is a big advantage, (IMO).
We hold both ZEN & AAOG shareholdings,.......the link below, dated 9 May 2019, shows what was planned, for the Tilapia oil field, back then;-

" AAOG also aims to further develop the field by implementing a six to eight well programme."

GBP being below the placing price, which was s/p@0.5 pence per share.
Extract from placing RNS, dated 12th Aug 2021;-
"As a further component of the Placing, 100,000,000 Warrants are also being issued at an exercise price of 1 pence per share for a period of 2 years (one Warrant for every two new Ordinary Shares)",....they need the s/p, to be well in excess of s/p@1p, to be in the money, with those warrants.
Reading the latest Operational Update, dated 22 June 2022, it does sound promising, on the farm out guidance;-
Extract from the 22 June 2022 Operational Update;-
"Unsurprisingly, interest in Namibian offshore exploration has risen unprecedentedly – a development
which has become evident to Global in the course of its farmout of PEL 94, and also to industry
observers generally."
