Interesting observation FabPhil,...I have been looking at PRD RNS 30 November 2023 ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/update-on-guercif-testing-morocco-and-trinidad/16230677 ) over the weekend, in which they give the following guidance;

· Rigless testing programme re-scheduled for January 2024.

We increased our PRD shareholdings earlier today, after considering the above PRD RNS further over the weekend.

That is more positive (third tranche) than my reading of the RNS, SpaceHoppa,...I also see this as excellent news, with the short timeline on the first two tranches.

Hi headder,...I phoned our stockbroker last week, to exercise all of our s/p@9p RKH warrants, returning the completed form to their corporate actions department on Monday this week, as with yourself we already have adequate funds at our stockbrokers to cover the full cost of the warrants, the form had to be returned by the 20/12/2023 in our stockbroker's case, so I am going to assume that we have taken up our full RKH warrant entitlement. BW

Rigless testing MOU-3 using conventional perforating guns is currently forecast to begin on or before 16 October 2023, assuming that the wireline logging unit is released from its present contract on or before 10 October 2023. The Company will provide an update if there is any change to this date.

I was expecting some share dilution, NigelHaemoglobin,.....which is why I waited until the s/p dropped to the 15p level, before starting to increase our PRD shareholdings,....£10m raised at 13p (which is the lowest I thought it would be at), would have been an increase in shares in issue of 76,923, 076,.....the actual increase was 90,909,090 shares,....a difference of 13,986,014 shares in issue, to what I was expecting, is not an issue for myself,.....looking at the bigger picture, I feel PRD have done very well, to raise the £10m,....looking forward to future news flow.

I am encouraged by the fact, that the Placing was considerably Oversubscribed;-

"successfully raised gross proceeds of £10 million, with good new institutional support, pursuant to the Placing".

I took a tranche at s/p@15.246p on the way down,...thought it was a good point to start increasing at, was not expecting such a low (11p) placing price, was thinking 13p to 14p range,....haven't increased further yet, waiting to see how the s/p settles.

Also still quietly waiting,....used to that,....at present, we are still underwater with our EOG shareholdings,....with the right news, that could change quickly, (IMO).

Makes no difference to me, what they say,.....very comfortably positioned, looking forward to future news flow,.....we hold PRD shareholdings, with very sticky, very strong (6 figure free PRD shareholding held + crystalized cash profit) hands,.....I originally bought PRD shares back in 2018, for Trinidad & Corrib South,.....I'm not just here for Morocco, which at present, the ride I'm enjoying immensely.

Yes, the deeper structures, were not reached by the Welwitschia-1A well ( https://www.energy-pedia.com/news/namibia/global-petroleum-announces-agreement-with-namcor-to-licence-3d-seismic-data-179262 ),....that's why I've held a GBP shareholding, for quite some time.
