31-Jan-22, Thomas Hill bought 50,000 HUM shares s/p@10.80p,.....by my calculations, that's an increase of 24% approx, to 258,235 HUM shares held.

03-Feb-22, Daniel E. Betts bought 185,000 HUM shares s/p@13.23p,.....by my calculations, that's an increase of 3.54% approx, to 5,419,149 HUM shares held.

Hawaii, that sounds nice, Bigred7,.....I try to go to free shareholding positions ( Core, held in our two ISA's), when possible,....then trade the position in our trading account, without messing up the overall free position,.....at present, we have a six figure Core RKH shareholding,......we are also holding RKH in our trading account, along with the warrants, (I have no intention of exercising the warrants, at this stage).

Correction,....Just checked back, on my previous calculations, s/p@£1-52p, would give a Market Cap of £884m approx,....which allowing for dilution, is about RKH previous high, of s/p@£5+,......my memory, let me down a little bit there.

By my calculations, an s/p@£1-65p, would give a Market Cap of £960m approx,....which, allowing for dilution, is about RKH previous high, of s/p@£5+, from memory,....that, was on sea lion oil discovery alone,....now, RKH have in addition, all of the old DES & FOGL acreage,....once sea lion development underway, & monies received from the arbitration,...I am also expecting, a substantial rise, in the Market Cap.

I don't mind the sellers, draft,....after reaching for the calculator,....following a few quick calculations, I reached for the phone,....increasing our EOG shareholdings, (paid s/p@2.76p for market size tranche),....I'm looking forward to;-

Serenity drill result,....Wressle progress updates,....progress updates with the Inishkea prospect (which is an existing licence, as was RKH licence, in the successful arbitration case, against Italy), near the Corrib gas field,....then there is Morocco,.........I'm not going anywhere either, been here a long time & I like the balance EOG now have.

In the Final Results (Tue, 31st May) RNS, the guidance is:
"In January we applied for, and were granted, an extension to our Production Licences and Discovery Area. The revised expiry date is 31 December 2022. This is the maximum extension currently available and did not come with additional work obligations."

I would like to think, that BOR licence will be extended, MrBond007,.......according to Google, Year To Date (YTD) chart, BOR are up 881.48% (from s/p@0.54p on 4/1/2022, to the current s/p@5.3p),......as there is no certainty, on a licence extension, I have taken advantage of the rise, top slicing to virtually free (our Gross Average s/p@0.04488p) BOR shareholdings.

Hi Redbox,....I was very impressed with the PRD presentation,.....the market PRD are focused on,.....the safety margin (1,000) with drill, along with the guidance on the drill result,....I sliced to free (6 figure plus cash profit) PRD shareholding, long ago,....the strategy I use, is to go to free shareholding positions, when possible,...I like to be in a position of, "No Fear", which I am here at PRD & several other of our shareholdings,....the others, I consider work in progress, hoping to eventually turn those, into free shareholdings, although I do not expect them all (16 different companies) to work out.

Hi brezhnef,.....that made me smile, when he mentioned, RKH successful arbitration case against Italy (we also hold shareholdings, in PRD & RKH),.....I initially bought back into RKH, for the arbitration case,.....we also hold shareholdings in PVR & LOGP,.....hopefully, things will move forwards, with the Irish existing licenses, now.

What I get from that is, "prudent cash management philosophy ",.....as in the success case, with the upcoming Serenity appraisal well, extra finance may be required, for a side-track,....sensible strategy,(IMO).

I just took a 3D Prospect Tour ( http://www.argosresources.com/the-opportunity.php ),....giving myself a timely reminder, why we hold ARG shares,.....I'm no geologist, but I have heard it said by one, that the best place to look for an oil field, is close to an existing one,....with sea lion, looking as though it's going to be developed now, (IMO),.....ARG with a market Cap of £6m approx, their acreage location, along with the 3D, make ARG a hold for myself.
