I write this in the hope that someone will correct me, but I just dont know where these 20p numbers are from.
250 mill Tons
Recover 1/2 = 125 mill tons
50% cost of recovery = 62.5 mill tons
30% cost to transport to point of sale = 43.75 mill tons
1/2 again for all the costs I dont know = 21.875 mill tons
1/2 for tax = 10.9375 mill tons
multiply by $150/ton = 1.64 billion USD
divide it by 850 mill shares
Thats $1.93 / share
Divide by 1.4 Thats 1.38/share
Half it again and its 70p..........Not saying that this is on award of concession, but guys..........Someone please explain why this crazy statement is so far out. Someone else mentioned 10% value of whats in the ground, that would be double this number. Please someone explain 20p.
Thats about 1 GBP per share, not accounting for other operations
This looks conservative yet people are quoting 20p........Someone please explain
