Inland seems to be expanding well and the current management may be stretched re the man-hours needed to keep all developments on the go and pushing them to meet the working capital and financing requirements. I suspect this will be a good bolt-on acquisition to a larger housebuilder ad will be the best means of realising value to existing shareholders. I have a fairly modest holding.

Wicksy and Co have done this before in their previous property company, Country & Metropolitan Plc and so why not do it again. Bank huge profits on their shareholdings and then live the rest of their lives in considerable comfort. I know I would do this if I could.

Always a chance a larger house-builder will offer 80-90p for this company which I'm sure the directors would accept given their shareholdings here.

Salvage and move on now. The writing was on the wall long ago even at 1.3p when it rose quickly on no news offering investors an escape which I took to get out

Great news flow recently but seems to be priced in at 60p. Not sure what can propel the SP to 70p and beyond but will wait and see what the rest of the year brings.

And as for reservations, hope these come from people who want to actually live in them as oppose to being bought by investors to rent out to the mugs

My investment in this company is melting away. Cannot the directors please up their game to match the benefits they are receiving here ie. salary, bonuses, benefits, dividends on large numbers of shares allotted to them. If not, time for them to sell up to another housebuilder.

The SP is in the doldrums and little to see it rise before the next results in October I reckon so sell up and come back nearer then? Only a T/O offer received will ruin that plan....

Pity the name of the trader is not published although the size of it points towards it being a corporate trade

Is needed to protect anyone stupid enough from buying in here (the directors certainly would not be buying so that's enough evidence to base it on apart from everything else). If it is left to trade then this window to sell should be taken advantage of in order to salvage whatever can be from this mess, whatever that amount is its better than nothing.

This company's mistake was putting its eggs in one dodgy basket. A substantial investment for a negligible stake in a lossmaking tech company. A novice mistake by gullible investors, loads of money down the drain, how much did the directors lose, probably nothing is my guess. The sooner this company disappears the better to save any more mug punters from losing money. PS. I'm not sore as managed a lucky escape at 1.2p but I saw the writing on the wall last year. Companies like this one should not be able to reach out for public funds. If the directors were confident in their investment decision why not put up their own money. Answer - mugging investors more fun for them, obviously.

Strange how a light volume day ends with a flurry of relatively high buys in a stock which trades in a very limited range. Not easy to make a turn here and many better opportunities elsewhere for traders.. The directors are sitting pretty with bundles of these shares locked into their names ready for them to cash-out but at what price, we wait and see.

Hopefully profits will surpass pessimists expectations and a climb to 70p can get underway.

Two exceptionally high buys, made within 30 seconds of each other, with company results due out shortly. Maybe profits will be equally exceptional. Someone or some institution really giving this a show of faith.

did anyone really buy at this price recently following that puny contract win announcement which gave the initial impression that it was far more significant? I've yet to see a sharper spike ever I think, unless anyone can think of one?

Hope you guys took heed of my recent posts stating that in my opinion the SP was overvalued at over 1.2p and this coincided when I became bored with this share and I sold out to reinvest elsewhere. I reckon its current market cap is ok but not liable to grow much beyond this point and much better value to be found in other shares.

I feel the market cap is still too high here and any increase is totally reliant on a single investment exceeding current expectations. Investment companies are hostage to the investees, especially here as the French one is so large, albeit a loss making one I believe.
