Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I was quiet and hopeful the greasy types would be able to drive this lower. They offer a free service for cheap share buying.
I would say they’re useful idiots, but they can't
even do that. They are now genuinely useless idiots.
I’ll give you a second chance for this week. No slacking.
Acker,
Again. Avoidance. It a simple question. Why don't you want to answer?
Very .…..
Acker,
You avoided my question? Why?
No. What is it Acker?
Acker, what do mean?
A few ‘kick them while they’re down’ greasy types showing they’re their colours.
Not at all Acker. No surprises for me here. I’ve never stated a date - Can you point out where I do?
I believe they will hit the Nov target. Still do.
I’ve also made it clear from my side that there is no spilt milk if they don’t. I have confidence in the setup and the contingency money laid to one side. If you think otherwise, why didn’t you sell?
It’s easy to be a cynic. It requires zero knowledge, and you can always be surprised.
Their churlish demands weren’t satisfied. They were crying before - didn’t sell though - this is expected. Shortsighted and a lack of understanding.
I think you’ll find that this RNS had to be issued due to Stark the share issue.
This right here, highlights how the market is a mechanism that transfers money from the impatient to the patient.
There are a lot of childish and emotional assumptions and mistruths by those who don't understand the business. No surprises there.
They can have their day but it will be short lived and empty in the long run.
Yes, the remedial costs are being paid by Stark as per RNS.
If you don’t understand what remedial costs are, that's your lack of basic business understanding.
I also stated Stark is being paid in shares for contract costs, which was also covered in a previous RNS.
No surprises there if you actually follow the company!? Surely expected?
The other option is a share raise at a 30% discount to pay them.
So, yes a lot more misinformation from the obvious ‘crowd’. I’ve also never specified a date.
I’ve given my opinion that this plant will produce SC6 and stated my reasons why. That hasn’t changed.
Optimisation is expected to be ongoing and likely will be long after Nov. But the plant will still be producing concentrate (As confirmed) All been well at grade.
A lot of assumptions are being made again. Nothing in that RNS speaks of anyting near game over. Just optimisation. Wake up.
A question for the children: Tygra, Martinigirl/radar, Jaglith.
Q: Whats the avg commissioning and optimisation time for a Li plant?
***I won't defend the wording or lack of interview***
Had a top up while the end of the world lunatics are ringing their bells. Nov deadline failure now priced in.
Cash already on hand or, more likely paid for in shares for a Camax missed deadline. Hasn’t this been the topic of discussion for the last aeon?
Highly advise the overly emotional types to sell and use the money for therapy.
This industry and investing isn't for you.
Think long term, not short.
Still very confident. If not Nov, then Dec.
Jaglith. Hold that pie.
Sharespy1,
Kod is a good company. But a few points.
1. "It's not as straightforward as owning 100% of the concession. - It’s all about having control of the asset."
Unfortunately for Kod shareholders, management gave away the controlling stake in the asset. Kod is now a 49% shareholder of the asset under the new company structure—no longer a controlling stake. It was a costly deal for Kod.
2.“Prem will have to repay Canmax with a pilot plant producing only a max 4000 tons a month of Spodumene. And how do Prem then build a larger plant?”
Kod has a 49% share of future production from the DMS. 4083 Tons a month…Bit of an own goal with your above statement. 4000T a month is a good amount in FCF terms.
Kod also won’t be installing a float circuit until later.
3.“The only realistic way of achieving this is by a JV or buyout.”
It is more likely from FCF or another advanced production payment from Canmax.
I think many Kod shareholders are unaware of the new deal structure and their new ownership position.
Kod now has a 10Mt net resource and half the production output.
Well put Marcuspd,
Another infantile account that was made at the same time as the others (Jul) and has only ever posted here like the others.
All have the hallmark of banal drivel.
Passed on from TG.

Great first post for your new account- Same sort of low brow intellect of someone else who posts here. But of course, you’re new etc etc.
That's your opinion, and I’m just talking facts.
In your childish frustration, you’re also making incorrect assumptions about my position
I wonder how many of these infantile accounts are duplicates of the same person.
Stick to the company.
Again wrong Jaglith,
You’re going way off. You’re actually making a lot of uninformed assumptions.
You’ve embarrassed yourself yet again. You don't have a clue about this company do you?
How long have you been here? and you’re asking me the basics that you should know.
I’ll leave one more clue. But you’re missing some very obvious and large points, going way off track.

Look at the date and what's happening. Keep researching.
I’m not going to do your ABCs for you now though.
You’re just time waster.
You also have more questions that you haven't answered yet.
It will be suitable for your understanding to go back and answer those also. Look them up, and when you’ve found the answer, post it. It will be helpful for others.
You’re just intentionally clogging up the board with nonsense otherwise. Not worthy of engagement.
No assumptions Jaglith,
All the info is there.
You just prefer to embarrass yourself.
Jaglith,
Again risible.
I’m saying you currently look foolish.
Read more RNS’s.
Jaglith, you’re highlighting how little you know about this company again.
Do some basic research.
Point 4. From yesterday Tygra.
4. “Seeing as though the revised agreement is now in force, GR 'should' have released an RNS with the current production volumes and grades.”
Incorrect: The keyword is ‘commence’
As the whole statement is out in the public domain, one would only have to RNS if they hadn't started production by that date. The only RNS that has to be issued is completion. I’m sure Prems legal team agree - Hence, there is no RNS today telling us otherwise.
Hopefully, we see the Japex funds utilised soon.
Their expertise shouldn’t be overlooked, either.
It's time Helge's friends and co. got the boot.
Outrageous amount of people doing nothing.
After the raise.
Great set of posts NellyB.
