I know the debt has been the most discussed topic but it’s not as bad as most people think.

The convertible loan is for $20 million which has a conversion price of 0.88p/ share (I’ll type it again just to let it sink in 0.88p/share). This is not due until October 2019. If Landocean want to convert at that price then good luck to them!

The rest of the debt which is not due until April 2020 has very favourable terms.
It is not secured against ANY of the Assets!!!
It has 6% interest rate.
There are no covenants which could be beached. none !!!!

Mate never mind 3500%! To be honest I’ll take 350% after the drill and you’ll never see me on this B.B. again ! It’s been a nightmare for all of us and not just because of where the share price is but because of the missed opportunities. The cash that has been locked in here could have been better utilised topping up on better investments. Gooner I agree The share price defies all logic but I think uncertainty regarding the farm out is causing some selling pressure ! If he can secure a farmout, he might survive ... if he can’t , then he’s gambling with his job on the success of prospect S and there’s a 70% chance he’ll be sacked by Xmas !! I think at 8 p is an amazing average considering there were a few guys that bought prior to the last fundraiser and have been impaled by the massive spike at 22p!
