Looks like it’s back to hibernation for a while! Earliest spud is expected in late 2019. Knowing char, that’ll no doubt slip to some point in 2020!!! Even Drillahill/ TexDrilla is “over & out”! I did think that 2p was too much of a fall but I got that wrong! Judging by volumes and sales I think this will fall below 2P now! Could give a nice top up opportunity at 1.9-1.7p Cash in the bank doesn’t mean much these day (specially with an annual G&A cash burn of over 5 million/ year) Good luck all

I agree ! But then the new guy will just come and ask for a couple of years to fix the mess! With no guarantee that he will achieve anything! Even if he does double the share price , he’ll mention it as if it was some sort if achievement! Larry needs to fix this mess !!

This is holding up really well considering the blood bath that is happening across the sector and market in general !

Effectively puts a floor on the share price ! Price is unlikely to go significantly below what the company are offering as buyers will effectively snap up the shares in order to sell them back to the company mid November... also once all the sellers have disappeared, a modest amount of buying will see this go into orbit ! I belive company will give this a few months to settle and by early next year, if we are not significantly higher I don’t RRE will be a publicly listed company much longer! £10/ share by end of Q1 might keep them from taking it private but anything less than that simply undervalues their efforts and good work

The board can’t issue a statement that “they know no reason ....” because they do !!! It’s market wide! The FTSE is at yearly lows! Same with a bunch of other oilies ... look at CNE for example ... it’s a general blood bath in the market today ... use it as a top up opportunity

I don’t mind either way regarding the dividend... it’s a small dividend and is unlikely to dent operational investments.

Hi seven Yes a good amount of research seems to be exchanged on this BB which I like! AK convinced me when he said he model abd business plan was similar to Caracal Energy! That was one of my best investments in the past 10 years! I think this could be even better because of diversification (which Caracal never had) ... The dividend is just icing on the cake! Get paid while you wait ... I’ll be accumulating in small tranches throughout Q4...

Lunchalot Yes you are right Cairn Energy downgraded to Underperform from Hold at Jefferies Jefferies analyst Mark Wilson downgraded Cairn Energy to Underperform and lowered his price target for the shares to GBP 1.90 from GBP 2.42.

Wow ! Wasn’t expecting 192 to be hit!!! There’s very strong support between 178-181! That is unlikely to be breached! If it heads to the one eighties, I’ll be tempted to buy some more
