Shareholders will vote on the proposed split at a meeting late next month Leyshon Resources (LON:LRL) has told investors that the shareholder vote to split the company will take place late next month. So when is the cut off, now?

Ultra - theoretically you are right but i'm leaning towards Zorns hypothesis as this runs on longer. The question is, why would they choose not to tell us and what will they gain from this?

Cautiously optimistic is the best description. Not enough for me to top up again. Interesting timetable ahead, some big plans being made, wouldnt be surprised if we see some big investor buys soon. I hope.
