I think you are right. Let's just hope some good news arises. Remember in the dec rns they are speaking with people to borrow more cash, this has to be to fund new projects.

The company has split into two separate elements, resources and energy. LEN will float on aim later this week. Read both parts of the dec rns, very detailed overview of the company assets and the planned split. Expect acquisitions and new ventures for both companies to be announced fairly soon, so yes, there is profit here.

Just got this email. Many thanks for your interest. The General Meeting was held on Monday 13th January 2014 and as we have announced the demerger was approved. In summary shareholders will retain their Leyshon Resources Limited (LRL) shareholdings and in addition will receive one Leyshon Energy Limited (LEN) share for each LRL share held. LRL will retain its dual AIM and ASX listing, whereas LEN will be listed only on AIM. Both companies will continue to make announcements to shareholders on their respective exchanges. Further information will be available when the Leyshon Energy Limited share distribution occurs, scheduled for the 23rd January 2014. I trust that this is of assistance.

You are not alone mate, been since zjs5 spud and have since averaged down and at a loss. Last years programme was too slow and resulted in us get caught in the winter. I presume zjs7 will be flow tested in the spring before they start the new programme. If I can break even by then I'm gone.
