RE: Great time to buy2 Dec 2022 17:11
Yes I wonder this everyday. And think this is partially why we are valued at circa 13p. There is no trust in Arts word or ability to deliver for shareholders. That’s the basics of it.
Plenty hold due to the assets, 50p is a base level, a fire sale shouldn’t see us get sold for less than 30-60p and that would be a really good deal imo ( for the purchaser ).
RS report highly likely to be an underestimate. Gas in ground is something like 80m, physical assets not included etc.
RBL was very likely priority but if a JV is at Due diligence stage then that would have taken front seat imo. And of course there is much to be done, negotiated. All takes time especially legals.
He’s recently said something along the lines of if people don’t think there’s anything going on they’re wrong..
Also, our production is not near our production capacity and now flaring granted and dewaxing commencing we should start to turn a profit.
Worry everyday Art will screw us over, but trust he’s out to build this into a serious company or at worse sell it for a decent price.
