It’s surprising how well the board have done to loose us so much value. 14p….

Just hope for once Art can deliver some news that actually doesn’t screw us over. So many other Oil companies doing well and yet here we remain in the bog. Just another day of nothing here.

This RBL was supposed to be sorted last month and was thinking the JV is taking priority but the RBL should have really been ready to go by now either way.

Has Art been spinning more lies or are we, hopefully on the cusp of game changing news.

Another carrot to wait for as per usual.

Yes we do actually need news, that for once, is not a double edge sword. Or worse. Good news that is completely diluted by either.. dilution or the need for more borrowing…

Some good news to stop the constant squabbling that’s been going on for days, months and actually years would be a relief in itself.

We have not celebrated a rise or any rerate here. Oh how nice that would be. To have a clean slate and something much closer to what many consider fair value so these bickering days are not all we have to look forward to.

Yes but what does the Cuda land purchase give us ownership over I wonder... We only also only just acquired it.. you don’t just start sticking straws in and sucking, it was sold because it was struggling and owed us money to boot. Quite a bit more to the picture there.

Not to forget that our current production figures are due to high pressure related issues. And are NOT performing anything close to capacity. If we ignore JV / RBL and simply keep improving production ( and with luck a sustained and increasing oil prices ) we should very easily become cash positive!

Every other move that either creates more production zones or facilities providing better borrowing terms will have great impact.

Our mcap is less than the just the gas in the ground..

Let that sink in.

Nigeria is a pipe dream & an investor lure, be a miracle if we ever got anything for it.

They should have packaged this placing in with the last news if you ask me. It's incredibly sneaky of them and doesn't give me much confidence in how they manage investor trust. Placing price seems ok, but what a kick for those buying into the 3s. It's a poor move.. Contemplating taking up the offer or not, not sure how others feel? The principle of how it was handled rattles me a bit. Had a small stake here for some time, so makes sense to add as the prospects & reasons for investment interest remain exactly the same! but growing tired of this sort of behaviour from companies and less keen to support such tactics. Does anyone else feel this sort of hesitancy? Why didn't they just announce this placing on last news, they would have 100% known and avoided stinging people as much. Doesn't sit right with me.

Prospects remain the same however, and essentialy more shares for cheaper.. still.. bit shifty.

Personaly of the impression that any RBL will be significantly better than our current borrowing subsequent cash burn rate, Our current borrowing is poor and no doubt even bad RBL would be better than what is currently in place. The new booked reserves will ensure a better package!

JV being discussed along side is a huge bonus and looking forward to what comes of it!

When we get both or either it will result in material instant change. Art may be many things but he's a good negotiator and deal maker and he's now got the assets to back it up.

The good news is two solutions rather than hope for one.

It’s interesting the RBL is being worked on still, it sort of hints that a JV will not solve our immediate cash needs or indeed a definite. Or perhaps it’s just being worked on anyway but not concluded whilst JV in discussion..

Either way we need one or the other if we are to progress anytime soon.

No big news regarding production, but we knew that.

Strong light crude prices likely to help. Still disgruntled that production is so low but understand why. Feels akin to driving a sports car at 5 mph.

Well this is why you keep some powder dry, glad resisted the hype and didn’t load up!! Funny as was going to add more today.. well can’t complain at a better price I guess.
