It’s certainly odd seeing momentum return then get snuffed out because we got funding to drill. Not even close to Arts recent 50p low ball estimate or even covering basics with our mcap. 550 posts one day, 30 the next. Internet trading has completely changed the markets that’s for sure.

Ill admit It’s unfortunate the timing of the tap facility as it’s definitely negatively impacted the sentiment again. In true Art fashion no less. It sometimes feels like he does anything he can to lower our sp. However, getting funding internally to fund a new drill isn’t the worst news, it’s certainly a small show of strength from the company even though short term it’s a bit of bugger.

We got funding to drill. That drill both means more production and more proof of production capabilities and expansion. 40 years in this, and only just beginning..

We got funding ( as we knew we would… ) for the drill from our existing lender.. also showing any potential partnerships that we can move forward with our own means..

$4m is nothing!!

It’s not the market Iron. It’s the traders who buy on twitter hype and anyone who can’t see past a day.

Fish most who have been here longer than 5 mins knew this was likely and needed. But no one can predict RBL & JV outcomes, timings.

This was very much a power move. Unhedged oil production / income banked and separate funding for next drill from our cornerstone investor. People have been talking about this for months.

Of course people piling in on twitter noise have no idea and 99% likely to have done zero independent research. Which is why the herd loose.

It’s all far too predictable, should have been trader!

$4m does seem to a small amount and agree it does seem to indicate the RBL must be closed otherwise he would want a much larger safety buffer surely.

Cheers Shaa Personally feel we have a low amount of shares in issue compared with our assets. Along side increasing production, new drills are essential for the business!. With unhedged prices, oil at good rates, and now fully funded to drill at the start of the year it’s starting things strong and without the need for others.

People will be looking to snap up shares here at good prices today.

Agree and LTH knew about the tap facility for months, punters not so much. Funding for self drilling imperative to demonstrate. And support of our backer. Fully funded to drill on our own back.

Probably Art saying to others. We can do this on our own, we will progress this field and will cost anyone wanting in more and more as we do so.

Drill funds secured, which means they are powering forward. All in all, it’s good news.

Some, well one, new ego mad poster making far far too much noise, filter now engaged!! , but am enjoying what seems to be the start of a retrace last few days. 50p fair value without RBL / JV ( according to CEO recently )

This is at least the 3rd time I’ve now seen us drop to 16 ( and lower ) since Atomic acquisition.. it’s been a hard and sometimes incredibly challenging share to hold, so it’s great to once again see some sentiment and genuine buzz return to the share. And rightly so, for us real LTH buying pre Atomic things have never been so primed here! We got Atomic, we got Cuda, we made a new discovery and persevered with resolving all our production issues ( ongoing ) & it cost us dearly with dilution and manipulation. Yet with strong oil prices and soon to be unhedged selling the company has never been in such a strong position but the sp still far off previous trading ranges when we had much less.

Takeover an option, but not sure Art wants that, the assets here could and can generate substantial income over a long time.

JV seems far more likely, a full takeover price would have to be exceptional considering the long term value for Art and family etc to except it imo.

I don’t really see us needing news to warrant 50p at this stage. Once production is increased and we are hedge is not an issue, we will be generating significant profits. All the things we need are already there, including flaring permissions.

Our assets are valued higher than current mcap, the gas in the ground alone is comparable to mcap. We are on the cusp of being self financing on a 40 year field just beginning in st life cycle. Permissions, permits, equipment and route to market already in place.

Then throw in the near 2 billion barrel discovery which is very likely a highly conservative estimate.

Since Atomic we have been on a downward spiral as we build up the company, it’s been a long time in the red and it’s great to see momentum turning now the company is putting all the pieces together and making it happen.

A decent RBL replacing current poor borrowing and or a JV just add to the positives here.

If we can get back to previous trading ranges of 20-30 that would be great. We got hammered into the teens and not really justified. If Art can seize this moment and take control again we should at least recover to something closer to fair value.

Not expecting RBL / JV news until end of January earliest but in that time we will be producing more and generating more capital.

Recall someone mentioning the m&m’s wont be able to deny us a fair sp if our mcap demands it.

We are priced low without RBL, JV.

Too wild a predictions pilot. That kind of time away it’s pure speculation. Could be £1 could be £60.. far far too many variables in play for 3-5 year predictions imo.
