Mental. I should have traded this like iron the last few years.

I guess they had to release this of money was tight.. but was perplexed me the most is that every update prior gave no indication of this news today! None. I very much would like to see him give an interview to explain today. Unless he’s run away of course.. same time with the JV prowling around I do feel like there is a chance that there is some real manoeuvring going on… one can only hope, I’ve based all my investment decisions on the companies official news and updates, and it seem criminal currently to me what has happened today.

But what does that elude to Stas??

Total bargain for anyone buying shares before getting a JV or RBL though.. they just need the funding to continue.. it’s a bit odd

Our assets value is quite high, but he’s got us in a very poor position, always thought Cuda was a mistake.. and now we are like them. But it does say unless financing is secured.. something doesn’t sit right here, at this stage.. low ball offer for all assets probably something to do with it..

Really wouldn’t suggest using Arts now not so recent share purchase as a confidence booster. Nor would I myself see it as something to consider from an investment point of view. He’s just too sly.

The only thing that really matters is getting fiproduction figures up, and getting better financing. Those are the things you should take into account over his purchase.

The wait continues for any news on lending or JV. But at least we are progressing with drilling.

Be nice to one day have a nibble of that continuously dangling carrot.

That’s right Micky, 0.08, but was a punt then to be honest, sold some before the rise as wasn’t sure it would move for a while. The rest I’ve held. It’s certainly not boring having a holding here.

Been in here since 0.8, hold a fraction of what some have and is a small part of my portfolio. It’s great to see some recovery and exciting to think of the prospects. But wonder, in 95% of the times when there is this much hope and optimism something crushes it. big time, will Boil break that trend!..

Well it’s doing ok so far and essentially few overheads and massive sale values if they come to pass. Certainly happy holding some, although not a huge amount and looking forward to seeing what happens.

This bodes well for coming drills & its new production at unhedged prices into the account. It’s also incredibly important for further understanding of the field.
It’ll be another big tick in any prospective box on someone’s desk as well…

Refrained from posting regularly. The trolls & them continuing to getting fed all day makes for poor reading, but still flick through the messages. Good see a straightforward update! Hopefully we can improve production rates site wise now we can maximise profits!

To be fair to stas and all long term holders we have often been told key information that you invest upon only for Art to change the goal posts later.

We’ve had some news flow but much it’s communicated with us, and we’ve had a lot of false starts, missed timelines and worst of all, misleading optimism on production ( wasn’t flaring supposed to drastically and instantly change that? )..

I’m still waiting for the 5000bopd from two Christmas’s ago…

It’s understandable the levels of frustration for those invested here since Atomic. When we got Atomic Art told us shareholder value was going to increase substantially then, and here we are clutching onto teens still..

That’s the truth of it. It’s incredibly frustrating but what can you do. The bigger picture still real.

You can easily tell investors from people who think they’re investors.. . We’ve had plenty of updates, we know what’s going on and the people selling are very likely those who thought we would be getting bought out on the 1st day of trading after Christmas because DoctorChartnuts1973 said so on twitter. Let them sell and good riddance imo.

Still that’s not to say I would love to know how things are progressing with production, RBL and the JV interest.

But then that’s why we are 15p not 150..

When HUR cleared things up they went from 0.7 - 8p. And they complained as much as we do about news flow.

And I’m not actually that bothered about company progress. All in all it’s been pretty good. Like many my gripe is with the sp and the basic asset value just not matching up at all and of course the low production figures, especially now we are unhedged. Must be more than meets the eye going on.

Locked in a range yet again.. zzzz. Same old story same old price actions. Need a couple of a proper pieces of news which don’t involve wonga lenders, issuing shares, dilution and hold ups. Surely we must be due some news which can’t be manipulated as negative or twisted around. Some actual solid unarguably great news much needed.

I think so Bladderman; why on Earth, as an evolutionary oil company wanting more green credentials would you not want this. If it’s not a major factor it’s certainly the “icing the cake” for a JV / Buyout.

Climate change will 100% be a driving factor for large oil companies to acquire every excuse possible to keep producing, and a big one will be / is carbon capture imo.

Carbon capture is a big deal. And it’s going to be even more so. Lucky us.

It’s good to see some normal discussion rather than the sea life taking over.

As mentioned I’ve followed patterns here for a long time. ( and realised I should have traded this.. not just held )

So put yourself in ARts shoes. Can’t help but feel that the recent move *may* have been part in maintaining a controlling a stake. I’ve also got my suspicions ( as TR1s are not reliable anymore ) we’ve had some quiet parties soaking up sell’s for months. After all our lenders are not fools and know the company, its assets and potential better than any of us.

Why wouldn’t you want to protect your business from a hostile takeover when you know its future worth is the question? Of course you would and would do whatever it took to do so…

Either way, when you have majors sniffing around and they have been for a long time! you would make sure you held as many good cards you possibly good before the game begins.

In business, Art is a very good poker player I’m sure.

Wwal17, I’ve not got any real evidence to fully justify this, but from occasional cryptic exchanges with AM, and following some of the larger sell / buy patterns over the past 18 months or so this has been in the back of my mind as well.
