Iconics MCAP at time of administration takeover was = £6m
My understanding is that to have a listing on the Main LSE the company needs a minimum Mcap of £60m.
I don’t know the regulations, but after any consolidation and/or dilution etc, how can the MC be high enough to keep the full listing.
I’m hoping someone can enlighten me.
I’m not ramping or de-ramping.
I have a fairly sizeable holding here as I have posted in the past.

Rough calc. Sold 36,458,997 shares x 45p = £16m, so if it’s only 25% profit it’s £4m.

So am i correct in saying that sale of Velocity shares approx value £16m and our market cap = £16m.

Why isn’t he sharing information, information that would drive the SP up, which surely would benefit all investors including himself, no matter what deal actually comes to the table.
Or is it a part of the NDA that says he has to keep stum., until the deal is done.
