Angra FX website still showing an error!

There are no exchange rates showing on AngraFX , just showing a fault.

I am very optimistic that we will be back, especially after the last Convertible notes RNA. (As below)
If we don’t come back to market , then surely we would be screwing our £50m backers.

EHGOSF Subscribes to a £ 150,000 Second Tranche Under £ 3 Million Financing Facility
Iconic announces that European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund ("EHGOSF") has subscribed to a £150,000 second tranche of convertible notes under the £3 million financing facility that was entered into on 28 September 2022.
In exchange, Iconic will issue 150 convertible notes to EHGOSF along with 468,750,000 warrants with an exercise price of £ 0.00016.



The funds under this second tranche shall be used to meet Iconic's obligations to critical and preferential creditors under the CVA and for operational purposes as Iconic seeks to get its trading suspension lifted as soon as possible.

You are totally bang on , that’s exactly what’s needed and if these non holders don’t get in now they will be screwed. Good post and good luck pal.

A lot of guys on here who do not hold shares and traders are just waiting and trying to get that bit of insider knowledge that gives them the upper hand allowing them to jump in before the RNA.
But they hopefully will be caught out because when the news drops ( in the next minute,hour, day ), the SP could instantly double or even treble we’ve all seen it happen before and they will all be left with red faces. I’m looking forward to it. GLALTSH

I can’t wait for us to come back to the stock exchange, the way I look at it is, this is going to be a completely new business with the past gone and forgot. It’s like being an investor in a new venture with access to £50 million that is just coming to market, just like an ipo (initial public offering) but all existing shareholders already have an investment prior to any public opportunities
For EHGOF to help iconic for the last 18 months to bring them back from the abiss and still be willing to invest the £50m they must know what the iconic BOD have been working towards, which we are not yet privi to.
As David Stybr said , they are working on the website being down and I hope it comes back with a new name, I could for a bit of fun ask everyone to guess what a new name would be, but i wont (feanix) (my spelling). GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, not long now.

Different figures on different sites, bit both are down %5 approximately

They are out but low September 39336 compared to Augment 41369
