Iconic's CEO, Brad Taylor stated:

"Iconic has been successfully restructured, we have financing in place, and the trading suspension has been lifted. The Company is now working to formalise terms with the various parties that we have been speaking with over the last few months, but who understandably would not formalise discussions until the trading suspension was lifted. I look forward to updating shareholders as these conversations progress."

or have any past experience with a scenario like this.
A company is forced into administration, then after 20 months of fighting comes out of administration and back to trading, then used as a shell , by an established American business looking to get a foot-hold in Europe.
What would/could happen to existing shares.
I know this is total speculation but it could happen.
What are everyone’s thoughts. ?
I personally don’t have enough knowledge to make a guess.
