Fawzi told me a week or so back that company will issue the notice of AGM in November. They therefore have until 25th November send the notice in order to hold the AGM on 17th December. We could be waiting a few weeks yet.

BBG I'm not a deramper, but I am fed up with the board and previous. I want this to sell for the best price, but I am not dewy eyed either. My facetious (I admit) point what if you've been predicting £1.32 for 5-6-7 years whatever it is, the value of that has gone down. Anyway it is minor and frankly irrelevant point. BTW BBG you post a lot of good stuff, but you do see red very quickly. Have a good weekend all.

Bubble/Cookie what year did you first say £1.32? Surely you should add 'plus inflation plus % uplift for dilution since xxxx'?

Thanks DBW, I have little faith in the management unfortunately, but I cannot see how they can let the rest of this year drift away without either appointing a CEO, issuing the PFS (let alone something on the other sites), or explaining what the hell is going on.

On the basis that Fawzi told me the notice of AGM will be issued in November, which requires 21 days notice, this suggests the notice will be issued in the next three weeks to facilitate the AGM in the week commencing 13th December. I would therefore expect some other updates within the next three weeks for the Board to try and get disgruntled voters onside.

Fawzi has confirmed to me the AGM notice will be issued in November, as we all know the CEO vacancy is taking longer to resolve than expected. No comment on NM and his position.

Dear rgcl, good post, regarding the fire works, what if a shareholder proposes an ordinary resolution to remove NM from his NED position? No reason this could not be dealt with at the same time as the AGM. Maybe Solgold have got a whiff this is going to happen?

I really struggle to keep up with all the posts and info on here. Can someone clarify has the 'roadshow' with main shareholder happened or is it still pending?

He still has his shares to vote against a low bid. Basically I did find his representations/puff as a Director to be reliable to put it politely.

A good list Addicknt. Do you know if we get to vote against NM being re-elected as a NED, i don't see why he should not be up for re-election at the AGM?

Red, surely corporate governance is about the organisation, management and distribution of management and board functions, which should come under the supervision of a CEO. Hence Solgold should be asked to give a straight answer on what the hell has been happening for the last year rather than constantly ducking.

Hi RK, thanks I've got nearly 400,000 shares but I don't think I've had that invite, but I'm at work. I think in any dialogue with the chairman (however well intentioned) his is only going to deflect the issues e.g. no news on the CEO , possible further delay to the PFS, MREs on the other sites? We are nearly a year down the line. You are clearly very articulate and used to dealing at this level, so please can you lead some questions? Best wishes.

Assuming no news will be released this week or in the last fortnight of the year we have 10 working weeks of the year left, let's hope they deliver a decent PFS.
