Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I've decided to email Caldwell and Tuffold every four hours during business hours to request an up to date figure on cash at bank and the current monthly cash burn. Into day 2 and no reply as yet.
Spot on Madpunter, chronic over population, massive decline in wildlife, soil fertility, over farming, near death of our rivers with pesticides etc etc. The legacy media stubbornly refuse to acknowledge the link with the influx of people. The population increase has been an ecological disaster as far as I am concerned.
Sorry to post off Solgold.
Thanks, I'll email them, I have zero expectation of getting a meaningful response.
Hello BBG I had the email from Sean before Xmas inviting me to have a conversation. I've emailed him twice to arrange this but he has still not come back to me. I shall contact him again and make my point before. Does anyone know Scott Caldwell's email please?
it's frankly insulting to shareholder intelligence to tweet about how proud they are to be 'advancing' cascabel when they provide absolutely nothing to back it up, compounded by the open ended strategic review. we've had ******* all in terms of meaningful information. they haven't even got the gumption to realise it's a pr own goal, it is amateurish. solgold what the hell do you mean by 'advancing'? talk turkey for once please.
I got an email from Sean Tufford just before Christmas too. I did wonder if it was a fake but checked it out and seems legit. I emailed him back and await a reply or call. I shall let you know if I get anything of interest and he authorises me to post it.
That's exactly my understanding Sharketmare. SC expressly said various parties had signed NDAs and had access to the data room. His reply suggested to me at least that Jiangxi were one of them. He had the chance to say they were not, but just chose to say he couldn't disclose which parties had signed NDAs.
I was pleased with that overall. No bombshells and on the positive side:
Cash for a year provided there is no exploration.
SG has had good relations with all previous governments and expect this to continue with future ones.
SC has a lot of skin in this and seems very confortable living in Ecuador.
There is definitely an active data room.
There are a number of NDAs with various parties who have access to the data room – that must be third parties who therefore have access to confidential sensitive business information. This is excellent to hear categorically and well done to our man who gave those on this BB his brief on this a few weeks back.
This is conjecture but it seems Jiangxi are in the data room, he was very careful when answering about them.
Solgold are mine finders not builders. Solgold is not going to mine Cascabel.
It is as plain as a pike staff this is going to be sold.
Overall very positive in my view.
I listened to Rick Rule this morning quickly, did he not also intimate that one of the factors was someone who knew what they were doing getting their hands on the project to finance it? Another point that struck a chord was he also said 'whoever' develops it. So I think those are caveats that he implies would speed the process if up someone else appears to take over/finance it.
