If recent history is anything to go on I favour your Sipp .

TE9, if similar to TE8 the groundworks were about 1 month after location RNS and the spud was a further 1 month
Just need to keep calm.

If they are talking similar to Tapi what value would that put the SO at?

Just found the answer to my question. It was about 2 months including getting approval from partners.

Can anybody remember how long it took from the location announcement until spud? Also was there mention of the location having to be agreed with our partners?
