I was thinking the same.James replied very quickly as usual but with possibly months to go before Sound is sold is more happening behind the scenes.Game on.

C4 is now in the public domain. Can you tell me if this is for life after Sound or is another distraction at a time of real importance for Sound as negotiations continue?

Just responding to your question..Nothing to do with Sound Energy but C4 is a private company which Marco and I set up to have a vehicle ready to IPO in due course(and to reserve the name). It is not intended to overlap with Sound,but instead be the company I run when I leave Sound.
My logic just to be transparent, is to go one more time and be done before I hit 50

Looking at the number businesses listed at the same address it looks like a 'Holding Address '

Why register it now?

Just looked at the latest webcam on the company web site dated 1/9 .
They have spent a number of days now and not much appears to have happened. Can any of the experts here take a look and tell me if anything productive is happening or is it all smoke and mirrors? Thanks.

Am I correct in saying there would be tax implications of we sell the asset and not the whole company?
Therefore the price per share would be taxed before any money went to the shareholders.
