Having probably paid too much buying Sidi are we going to lose out at both ends of the deal?

I would prefer cash but are we going to get shafted?

If C4 do purchase Sidi how much realistically should we get for it or will we get shares in the new Company?

With the inclusion of the phrase 'transaction of some sort' I assume it will not be a clean sale but will include future payments or some other yet to be defined arrangments. However I do think with the inclusion of this phrase and some movement within the new company C4 we will not 'go long'.

I don't think he sold out but sold some to pay his mortgage off. He has since bought back more than he sold and as far as I know I think he still holds.

If the Gherkin and other events were 'Marketing' the problem is he didn't need to market to us as we were already shareholders. When he went to the U.S.A on real marketing trips I'm not aware of anyone investing.

Now my screen is showing yesterday close of 8.0 and the share price of 7.74 with a change of -0.13. Should be -0.26.
Come on LSE get it right it's not difficult.
