If we get a buyer is the deal going to be completed by year end or are they going to notify us by year end that there is a buyer and the deal drags on until next year
If the board come back and say they are going to continue drilling it means 1 of 2 things. 1. The offers did not meet the boards expectations. 2. They did not receive any offers.
The problem with this is it they receive an offer of legs say 50p but wanted £1 we would never get to know about it and I suspect many people might have voted to take the offer.(These figures are made up and do not reflect any genuine offers) By not putting the offer to the vote we would be risking everything on future drilling without having a say.
What could the legal reasons be? If we are possibly nearing the end of Sound(assuming we can find a buyer/buyer's) why would they need to change it now? They might not be able to sell us and are worried about ramifications.
Can't find it but did someone on here say that it had Q2/Q3 for the marketing on the web site? If true already timelines have slipped until the end of the year. We have only been marketing for a short while(allegedly) and have slipped up to 3 months. You couldn't make it up.
Hi Crude, I think for your plan it would have to be a mid size company but would a major wait for a larger discovery of would they take the risk now( see my earlier post on ball park figures) and not wait.
