RE: Valuation13 Mar 2026 12:09
Hi Bobbler, I guess we should all be careful not to start projecting a lottery winning ending for SAR and all of the LTH. That said any takeover won't happen now, so 15p will be a distant memory. I suspect we will secure a deal for 737 which might inc a £million up front payment, this would remove the ? RE future funding and would automatically release the hand brake on the share price. So that could see us at least back to the 44p we were at in June 2024 and if Sareum then release an RNS in July confirming safe and successful conclusion of the Phase 2 trial the sp would likely breach the £1 mark. So if we are trading at £1 or above then I don't think anyone will be voting for a £1 take over offer. £2 maybe, so perhaps a x20 increase from today's sp wouldn't be so ridiculous, I haven't done the maths with all shares in issues + warrants etc but I think that would value the business at c£400million or £3 a share. Which doesn't seem so far fetched IF we get a commercial deal for 737 and IF the phase 2 trial is successful. I have been here long enough to sit tight for another 6 months or so and I think yesterday's presentation will have allayed any fears amongst LTHs and IF we get the news flow we are hoping for we should see new investors arriving.
