· Phase 1 diamond drilling results received for the Faré prospect, targeting existing mineralisation previously drilled at the Faré South anomaly. Best intersections (>0.3 g/t Au) include:
FADD21-031-C
o 70.00m grading 1.46 g/t Au from 1.00m, including 31.00m grading 2.72 g/t Au from 17.00m
o 6.15m grading 1.55 g/t Au from 86.10m
o 2.43m grading 2.12 g/t Au from 99.48m
o 7.92m grading 1.26 g/t Au from 144.16m
FADD21-030
o 1.55m grading 1.09 g/t Au from 291.10m
o 2.60m grading 1.74 g/t Au from 381.40m
· The results reaffirm the presence of wide intervals of near-surface gold mineralisation, endorsing the Company's belief that Faré has the potential to host a standalone deposit. The orogenic gold system has been confirmed to continue to at least 350m below surface at Faré South and remains open at depth and along strike, as evidenced by other anomalies at the prospect.
No limit or timeline to closed periods, they are driven by available information, not tied to a calendar.
You're also assuming the Board and Management are not in a closed period...
Q1 2021 webcast just wrapping up from Iamgold.
Boto getting some aggressive spend this year and advancement of aspects related to pit design and metallurgical play design. Airstrip, year round access road and permanent camp facility also under construction. Seems they are building the mine without announcing to anyone they are building the mine?
Axelrod, they have only announced grades from the first hole of a 28 hole programme... its day traders playing with charts and praying for salvation.
27 more drill holes awaiting results...
They can buy and sell during any open period, but none of them have sold since joining the company - doesn’t send a good signal if the BoD are selling out!
John - No.
If a director buys or sells - there is an obligation to RNS.
If news is received which is market sensitive (such as drill results) - there is an obligation to RNS.

Yeh, but remember this bunch are not paying themselves the massive salaries the previous management did. They've cut overheads (mainly salaries for a group this size) by about 50% year on year.
I'd rather they didnt follow the others who pay themselves a bunch more just so they can double dip by buying lots of shares and "showing the market they have skin in the game" - those guys take the investors for mugs.
Management already out in £120k this year alone, before this placing, on top of their existing positions. They’ve also been on reduced wages all through the lockdowns (March through to Sept) so for me I’m happy they have skin in the game on this one.
Obviously capital at risk disclaimers are all over this, but they are regulated...
Sign up is free. You then get to see all potential projects in the "Investor Lounge" and get first dibs on getting in on any raise at the same terms as main investors. Also, it is commission free, so absolutely no reason not to register and be ready for the next one. Quite a few companies in "the lounge" so gives you a chance to get some research done and get notified when they trigger a raise.
Open for investors at same terms on NR Private Market website...
Don't they have to report any and all drill results, no matter how good or bad?Probably just delayed in the lab or being processed?
They get some cash now ($30k).
They get more cash when the project reaches a milestone contained ounces ($500k).
They get more cash when mine constructions starts ($220k).
If the local partner wants to activate their right to buy the royalty (ROFR), it means the local partner (who is planning to build and operate the mine) believes the mine will be built.
Therefore Oriole are saying they have a route to $750k from the forward sale of this royalty, and they have increased confidence that this mine will be progressed.
(And the Oriole team in Turkey are getting paid to help advance the project toward the milestone stage and toward construction!).
Win win.
Smart operators.
Lots of images coming out on LinkedIn and some quotes by the CEO:
Oriole Resources PLC is eagerly awaiting results from the new 10,000m drilling programme at our #Fare prospect on the #Senala licence, where our partner IAMGOLD Corporation is investing $8m in exploration.
Previous drill results from our previous programmes show long, well mineralised intersections in the area.
We believe the #Fare prospect could form part of a corridor of mineralisation which includes the recently drilled #Diamba Sud prospect (Chesser Resources Limited) and the Barrick Gold Corporation #Dalema prospect.
