This year will be telling as profits will have to be logged unless they play the money go round but will do a bit more looking into who actually are the manger share holders and there link to zanaga GL IN ANY CASE. YU should be at a point to be able to RNS news as to the FCA findings and financial statement not far behind givern the latest RNS I know there has been changes and reorganisation within the company so they have been busy and fully exspect news to be fully positive in all respects .
Great news in regards the new CFO AND WOULD LEAD YOU TO THINK this will run in the future with tight budget controlling methods reducing the risk factor .

The risk is there, be it buying a house or investment markets or coin collecting. And yes I do spare a thought for the people who lost money here including my self but given that it's always been my opinion that this company has legs I averaged down with what most would say is a eye watering amount so please don't plead my case I am an investor risk goes with that word, you would be better of doing research and finding some information regarding the company that has some impact negative or positive if you really want to help .

The chance of being fined is always there, but the remit of the FCA is the content of the RNS which is under scrutiny and the focus of the investigation and not any accounting issues or company policies that gave rise to the lead up to the disclosure of the accumulated losses. The timing of such RNS is the key point along with what was known about such losses, and given the departure of the previous CFO and the appointment of the resident CFO and the early RNS soon after leads me to surmise that everything was as it should be and no evidence of neglect of director duties as far as I can determine was perceptible? All the RNS are there to inspect, further more the steps that YU have taken since this all became wide knowledge far exseed what would normally be required on completion of any such accounting inquiry and credit should go to the resident CFO for his prompt actions along with the BOD. Fine I don't think so.

Ironic have you taken into account the losses was or seem to be over the last 3years the over payment of diverdends and the substantial capital investments and set up cost that were not attributed to the loss account and we still apear to have made money in the cash account, that said no amount of incurred dept recoverable has been added to the 2018 accounts, all these coupled to the cash account and new accounting methods can only lead to one conclusion? that 2019 with massive growth there for the taking will be a bumper year for YU .
They have managed to do what most couldn't in the energy market and that's keep there head above water , by staying away from the domestic battleground and focusing on commercial sector they have there foot well planted in the energy supply market . With the way things are moving it could be time now to look again at the domestic market as the last days of the price war draws to an end and a company with the infrastructure already set up could play this field very well as are the top ten suppliers no real bargains out there now ? is looking the way things are moving forward into the future with a much more orderd and settled energy market .
