I managed to average down now to 7p and happy to stay for the ride but have built up a massive position here but quite comfortable,with the research i have done over the past six months, lots of twist and turns, but asure as you could be that the BH will agree? no choice really as I see it.
One thing is for sure this BOD are not looking for in and out on the back of the sale of TI if you look deep maybe you can see what I see and with the sales and changes to the company every bit of a chance to rebuild this company back to where it was previously. there have been many changes within this type of business and regulation is tight and regulated to a higher degree than ever, not all have manager to come through but for those that have good times ahead

As far as I can see YU are using internal sales control not to say they didn't use brokers 2016/2017 they have taken on sales teams as layed out in there news BB and very much looks like they are bring sales in- house, I beleave there troubles started with brokers who's main aim is there bottom line . From my last post here you can see with the fix price's I achieved, the company would exspect to make a loss at today's prices but remember the price they were buying at that time gave them there margin providing annual consumption remained a constant going forward for the next 3 years hence the payment up front for exspected end consumption you would exspect YU would of seen what I did and covered them self 100% forward payment. But this would of coarse relied on the broker getting the figures correct. YU have put a lot of money and time to get there custermers on to smart meters and now that would give them them the edged over the none payers as they can turn them of before they rack up the money they owe to YU and the costs to recover it can be substantial . As I said before the share price here will be dependent on what created there loss and the systems inplamented to prevent it happening again which by now is one of the problem corrected by there team of independent auditors who will as said be keeping checks on.

anybody taking out contracts with agents or energy providers directly are only covered within the contract agreements set up at the time if any at all, so any new contract with this type of providers will be null and void and would therefore will have to seek terms and condition with another supplier. As far as i can see from these companies going bust is a lack of fiscal management and bad debt recovery and the loss would stay with the Ltd company and would not be the concern of the the suppliers as they would have their own debt recovery systems in place that's why they are going bust at the end of the day these are agents simple most with little or no experience and with little or no regulatory systems in place this was always going to happen .

ironic where can i find these offers you are talking about , and why haven't you posted a link so everybody can see? sales of this type don't normally talk about purchase price until after the sale, as far as I am aware and YU are concerned while it's on the table but only after the BH agreement is finalised and YU is in a position to move forward they are not in negotiations with anybody about the purchase of TI at this point.

The whole sale price over the past 16 mths to September 2018 is give or take 8p gas just under 2.12 give or take per kW there is no evidence that YU was charging less than 11p electric and 4.7 gas as at that time I was taking quotes for some 38 sites at that time and sign contracts for all sites and fixed for 3 years at 10.47 electric and 2.87 gas with a agent through a well known company . YU as far as my dealings were concerned was direct with there own sales team with deadicated contracts manager and they were good at what they did, and was way above the 11p and 4.7 . There growth over the past 3years is not cheap and building the contracts the same. Where they lost the money is purely guess work at the moment but will become clearer at the end of the month,

LSE have been following the tase site with no big differences between so imho no news till monday and would expect mid-day RNS to be released when both markets open in my view but what's a couple of days. You would think with the change in meeting times this was all set up and you might be right it all points to BH agreement in my view.
