Yes ironic but how much more are they buying now ? It could be as much as 50% more and then there's the water who knows till we see some figures but there market shares has gone up fact. What I am concerned about is the malipulating of the share deals here and you have proved to be somewhat right about that? going back and taking a second look ,MMS have without a doubt refined there figures to surgest there was a buyer while keeping the price high? maybe we should be looking at this as many people here are invested here, and the MMS are there to create a market that's fair and upfront and we shouldn't exspect this type of behaviour really needs investors to report in bulk to through some light on what has transpired here.

Eric you might look again at the money raised was through a closed order book for professional investors not a placing, then take a look at the small print regarding these type of fund raising as set our by the FCA . AFTER you have done that you might want to look again at your comments . They maybe angered at what has happened but really who gives a dam they are quick to take profits but can't read a contract, This. Chaebol I agree it's pretty obvious it's a sell, my point being that all the close late mid- point buys was actually sells filling this order over the last 5 weeks but there were plenty of large buy orders, where do you think the shares of gone ? . The MMS made it look like buys to keep the book running and it looked like somebody building a stake here, either way these are sold, this could only happen AIM , I think now these are out of the way this should be out of the control of the MMS as I still think shares are in short supply judging by the last 5weeks trading MMS might have a few left over we shall see , but they won't let them go cheap .

aa888 well going on the last 20 weeks with later buying always seems mid point and Friday's and today's selling pattern seems very clear to these big investors ? Dat69 thank you for clarifying that point , the point being the CFO has made His mark there and they want to keep him, hence the detail of the options deal. This is very good sign givern the people he's working with at this time and the fact that the options deal was agreed, so the outcome of the inquiry should be positive or why the deal? think next week could be telling, and hopefully the conclusion of FCA inquiry and a formal RNS to report there findings hopefully with little or no effect , it was said that that they would be announcing the findings of the in depth accounts by one of the accounting team doing the review in early April, that givern this would paint the picture of the future of YU in a financial perspective anyway, so all being good the next few weeks should be very interesting, and the buying pattern would seem to surgest that plenty of large investors have a positive take on the outcome. FD has is options and nowhere states he's rejected them, As for the down turn in share price, there doesn't seem to be any sensible explanation apart from one of the investors noted on the YU web-site has sold some shares to the market but as yet no TR1'. They have used these shares to bring down the price to flush out the weak holders, but not many did so 9 to 1 buys against sells as for them been marked as buys and could be sells,the margin was to wide for that, so I stick with a investor selling but why ? Who knows, the only body it helped was the MMS and all just before news ? amazing timing but on whose part.
