It seems the MMS played a blinder the last 3 days have found atleast 350k shares to play with expecting TR1 today or Monday? Not many sellers took the bait, be interesting to know who helped them out with the shares and why at this time to sell ? Friend in need is a friend indeed by the looks of things,

Ericaric That would be very convenient for the MMS to have there own bank of shares but why wait till now to sell?
Seems very strange to me the trades today . They are having trouble gathering shares to sell so one last chance to shake the tree who can second guess the MMS ?

Totally agree Gareth but we're are they getting the shares from buy my calculations there's no more free float atleast very little and the MMS giving them away ?

One would think there's a large sell order waiting to fill?but having been here for 6 mths and following very closely find that hard to believe with news coming any day now, is there an RNS 2 pm waiting to pick this up it would be right for the timing prior to accounting update ? This one keeps you guessing.

That 47k buys this morning and they haven't move the ask , something in the mix ?

Suffolkpompey, unless this is a bit leaky I can't understand why any body would sell, but same happened before last news have a lot tied up here was trying to time it for Yu news was due to load up there? Anyway in for the ride best of look.

October up to December with large late buys from anywhere from 10k to 25 k total around 800k+ and plenty of 5k to 8k as well and no TR1 so must be more than one big buyer .
Givern the total number of shares available less directors and investment company's and named shareholders = 75%. Give or take? that are rock solid add these large buys and who l gathered from the BB have large interests here and are not going anywhere at the moment =78% then add in the employees who had shares and them that who held to the bottom =82%. Add in the bottom feeders who got caught at £1.5/9 and are imho still holding for the rerate =86% then add in the savvy investor who knows a good thing when they see it, and will stay put this year a least ?
That figure I will not even try to determine.
Yes it is approximat figures I know but if it's out by 2% I would be very surprised . My best estimate is that short term free float here is very small indeed maybe less than 8% or lower and the MMS have most of them that's why the ask will not drop and has been static now for some time give or take. When good news comes this will rerate very quickly if
the MMS are going to make any money from this one, as the derampers will waste time here and will not be able to move the price down to let day traders in. All imho but do take time to research? this one will not do a placing its cash rich and now should be at this time financially strong with inplamented forward looking accounts with risk assessment bolted on and while this will slightly dampen the orders it will deliver an order book most companies would die for and also have a price to go with it all making it easy for the MMS to re-rate in a timely manner.
FCA report should come next would be nice prior to accounting report or together no rush but all will be revealed within 4weeks or so GLA.

Givern that information and the latest buys back to December is there any body out there can tell me where the free float lies now ? Because I make it about zero or very close to it so exspect this one to start re-rate on good news and keep going because the investers that did get in here are aware this could go a lot higher than now sorry if this seems ramping but it is was it is.

As for the Friday's trade just 7k difference MMS trying to shake some from the tree , but not many takers ?
Nearing the news we are awaiting, and don't think it's going to be at the end of the mouth me thinks by Thursday this week at the latest and this will head north hoping first stop 13p them follow up very quickly 18p& on to 23p them this will be one for keeps as it rises over the next 12mths till its value somewhere in the region of 158mil and somethings telling me it won't stop there. In order for the backers to invest thay must increase the share price here sooner the better, there income is gained on adding value to there investments and they have some gems in that portfolio adding many times there original purchase value, best of luck to all who hold here.

Looking like shares are very tightly held, judging by the 30k trade MMS finding it hard to fill buy orders

Just got back from fishing and not surprised but more over relief as to where the last RNS was at . With the exstenion comes the chance of an uplift here when the real RNS drops showing everybody onboard .
Also a great deals happened since the first extension, and giving the research as to who is who joining the battle wagon, this will be finalised correctly given the people joining the team to make Team Internet a diamond among the crowded market place and also to bring to the table a vast network of other progressive companies who will complement and bring more than new bussiness with it , this just gets better every day .

The statement assumes settlements between the Company, the bondholders, Rainmaker and any other relevant stakeholders, based on the updated key features for the Proposed plan published on January 9, 2019, and the clarifications that were published on 8/3/2019

We can't be far off the news we hopefully are waiting for today or tomorrow is got to be odds on, it look like it's not just news of legal agreement only as we would of had news by now the investors onboard will be in no rush as they are in for the long term and have built a mutiple million pound investment portfolio, let's hope for a 2 pm RNS GLA

You can take that back to October same type of buying if that's correct and just a few people building here this should be fun when news drops but some are very confident that includes myself

I back you up there it was the fist thing I did before putting money here, was contact the brokers and still in contact now if anybody knows what's going on its them and depending how they work with them could be of the most lucrative sources to new contracts thanks for tip on the 25%,they didn't let that slip.
Just goes to show you they are hungry and in a race to regain former stock price.

As you can see on TASE stock exchange the form can only be delayed 72hours so Monday If everything stays the same we should see the RNS confirmation if i am reading it right

Adrianuk just some back ground MTMY was required by the terms of the agreement to purchase the last 10% of team Internet and commit to that late last year and to show funds for such purchase in their forward accounts to pay TI later this year.
From the 2017/2018 accounts as on TASE site it was clear that this wasn't going to be possible and then on production of the third quarter accounts the bond holders and large shareholders were asked for and got support with amendments.Their was no surprise here as from 2017 the company had said their maybe a short fall in the forward looking accounts, the company from that point appointed a committee to look at and advise on future planning to bring greater profitability to the company in order to meet all of their commitments going forward and also to bring that much needed profit back to the company, the company at that time had several strings to their bow-- all or most needing injection of capital to move them forward with today's legislation and changing markets' and at that point were sold to raise capital but amounts received was not the best in a depressed market leaving TI the most revenue making and profitable part of the bussiness with very much reduced overheads only now beginning to take effect.

From the last few RNS and the one coming Monday the future of MTMY is laid out, with big investment and also exspert management at their feet ,plan in hand to take down and pay of debt leaving a very interesting company indeed? like I have said before the bond holders and share holders would be fools to sell this.
My personal opinions is they are going to strengthen it's market position already strong and increase value for shareholders, and with the finance setup diverdends look likely? either way the team at TI are at the top of their game and building on that to my mind is a dead certainty. They have a market the growth is there's for the taking and I wouldn't be surprised if in future you see this sold to goggle for many times its value at the present time.

Well wasn't expecting to day but it's all there on TASE site but it's going to take some chomping through but what I can see it's going to be an interesting Monday for investors already built here this will not open at 7.5p well done risk to reward was there but at the end of the day money talks and the bond holders went with it, best investment they ever made dead cert going on the payment plan like, to here from others as regards payment plan future growth etc no need to ramp this one we need facts please.
