Its beyond me why anybody would sell at this stage,? Given the past AGM dates, news was release prior to the AGM and then again after which built the share price. This time around just good news will be good, but if its really good news this will head north very quickly and would see a spike higher than the last much higher, and the fall back this time very much less than the last .

you have a very good point MKS, buying shares now for a discount employee scheme might raise a few comments from the institutional investor so why not do both, how they are going to it is beyond me but all good news for the AGM what ever they decide

Yes ironic all very telling, am wondering how they are going to play any news leading upto AMG? My guess is that they will release news as it is appropriate and leave the sales and finances to the AGM which should be a game changer if they are going to play this to rise substantially.

It seems that way ironic, some sells seem to make no sense at all, and was made to stop the rise. We could do with a big buyer now to come in and start a buying period and force them to close the short, anything you can add to that?

K3 the 51k looks like a short look at the bid price at 190 and the deal price at 182.50 you would have to be mad to sell 51k at that price, givern the share movement very much a short very brave punter

deahopeful you are correct in your explanation, a positive take would be presumed when CFO buys prior to the lockout period, hes seems pretty keen with 50k, not small money to him, but I already put a good bit here after been with this one for getting on a year now and very confident about June and whats coming it will be life changing for some investors here imho

Its a very good idea to put sell orders on your stock any stock, as that will prevent any access to your shares to enable them to borrow and then short a stock. More important when free float is limited but all investors should do that. I have many weeks back having such a large holding here.
