Indeed , should rise up-to RNS as people take position with very few free float this moves quickly , be nice to see the £2 gone before news? time line for RNS is on or before the the end of july but could drop any time between now and then, my guess is if it drops and your not in then it will be free for all to get in here with the price moving very quick like last time .

Interesting take on the position, but I feel the bond holders have just come to terms on the situation they have allowed them selfs to fall into ,with rain maker making no head way with the buyout one does think was this all the delay factor that matomy needed to reposition themselves back in the game ? The bond holders left no other way for the management of matomy to go there one priority was to get there money back regardless of any other investors, and forgotten that the board representatives has a duty to all holders some of them with a lot of influential ties. Where do they go from here who knows but asking the board or should I say demanding for earlier repayment from matomy will I feel fall on death ear,s they have'nt hired the best legal brains for no reason, they were in hindsight expecting this outcome, non of these issues amount to anything without some sort or income, but as we know most of the income for matomy comes from rainmaker and there income or most of it comes from September to January. Matomy has been knockout but gets saved by the bell and is looking to go to the next round to equal the score all in my opinion of coarse but time will tell.

IT does seem credibility is in much part of investments play on AIM as else where, and by the looks of things Angus has played its last card, and lost what ever credibility it had, sub 1p looks the place this is going and am out GLA investors I hope am wrong and this returns to some decent value but its hard to see the value behind all that bullsh-t and doggy trading another nail in AIM coffin. ps be careful with this narrow spread. sells showing as buys and all that

It will be interesting to see what they going to pull out of the hat for this coming update to get this moving , they have already said that hey would aim for the high single digits net profit and reduce the running cost down from 7.5% So shouldn't be any surprises there which leaves the the order book and water accounts /charging points . The margin on new accounts will have a impact as well ,,and judging by the indicative prices I have been quoted they are not the cheapest so good return is expected on contracts that have been signed this year and part of 2018. And for the dividend issue Would expect some sort of update to when they will reintroduce them and get the constitutions on board for future profits and growth .

I have many many accounts for water gas and electrics, I spoke to yu. just recently about water prices as well as gas electric they was very helpful and professional over the phone and what you have to remember is my area in question all pricing for water is much the same give or take £10/£80 over a year on £30k p/a based on water meter /billing Yu. came in 1.15% less or £345 with expected gross-margins for YU in the 9 to 17% estimated ? so not worth moving but if the electric gas and water were moved definitely would do that, and water would represent for most companies anything from 25 to 50% of there utility bills some more than there gas and electric combined,, thats something to chew on.

just added another 4.8k and that was hard work to get that price , that is it now, fully loaded and some . wouldn't surprise me to see rns drop today as most updates are in depth with yu. and wouldn't be a quick read going on there previous updates.
All we need is that update to say there in profit and realy at this stage doesnt matter how much, and building there order book and this will begin to re-rate? wouldn't be that long now to the termination of some of those loss making accounts and then the gross profit will return to what it should be? then happy days , would be very interesting to see how the water accounts are going Bobby as we haven't really any information regarding these accounts and would also help if we new what the uptake with existing clients is .

hopefully the news will be placed as soon as they have it tomorrow would be nice as you would expect them to release good news as soon as possible and get this moving back up

Anytime there is movement here north the sells pop up, more or less every morning on the bell sells come in and stop any decent momentum upwards , so the question is who is playing games ? MMs maybe? but it has allowed me to pick up some shares cheap but only if I time my buys as some others have the same idea, there is some big investors here who know how to play, but who would sell now just before we get game changing, news doesn't make sense ?

This next drop could easily drop below 0.09 the risk here seems to be increasing with every day that goes by without any news update. this share is was nightmares are made of .

At some point the update will be with us? today, tomorrow , next week who knows, but soon . one things for sure on good news? this will open 30%/40% up regardless of trades MMs will see to that . people that have left it to last minute now taking position now knowing full well the price is not going to drop, to much support ? the fun begins today with a bit of luck and with AIM that's in short supply. Remember this is no oilier as long they can show us some profit ? doesn't have to be much just to pay dividends and some change , and more importantly an increase in the order book for 2019 20/30 % up from last year would be a great start to the real recovery of the share price.

moneyspider 6/3/18 published gross margin 17% price £13/£11.39 as for when it gets back to profit published last RNS this year is forecast? and 2020 back to %of 6.9/95 I suggest you wait for your £1 entry? in your dreams LOL you fail to see the hole point is market share equals market price before you can have a business you must first build it , and given how this business has been building, weather through luck or very cleaver means has my expectations for the future far beyond the price they were this time last year,,, not every bodies here for 1 or 2 days you know for a quick buck.

If rain maker cannot get a buyer or funding which looks like the case then they can use legal action to obtain the payment in whatever form that takes from matomy, as far as I can tell there is a lot of misinformation although true not quite revealing the whole truth why they're doing this who knows, RNS ON MONDAY might tell ,but don't hold your breath,one can only hope that all interests are at the forefront of negotiations,

synchro if you feel that way why are you here, the company has all-ready pointed out they will be back in profit this year and next year more so, do you know better than them, All will be revealed very soon but in the mean time stick to facts not fiction try reading the the last 4/5/RNS to get a better idea.
