This is a well timed RNS but the real position is that this occurred many times this year and last? compliance is a tricky thing one day your not compliant the next you are, the other fact if you go back to last year of the top of my head there were revenues lost due to the same reason which added up to a very big chunk 20% give or take which the company says were waiting for them to become compliant again it seems no update on that position funny that, imho the whole thing is a tangled web, and either matomy is stalling for time or it was all about stripping the company of all the assets your guess is a good as mine. If they don't sell to rainmaker win win?if they sell then one has to look at the income from this year to be added to the value

the 88 mil you mention Mozax is not stated in the accounts, and we should take the stated 80mil for Revenue purposes going forward after all this is what the city use, in as much as to the value of the company, but I do secretly agree with your assumptions, but its in my experiences to side with the conservative veiw that way we don't bad surprises only good one's all is looking very good here and I expect the crowed will arrive soon.

Its very interesting to see that the description on job vacancy titles that they quote that YU,. energy is one of the biggest growing energy supply companies, interesting as the CEO said that a higher margin on the sales will lead to a somewhat slower growth 2019 this year, than the massive growth over last 3 years, this description has been missing as far as i could tell from the last 8 mths and is now reappeared , so it appears there confidence is very high and these full time jobs presumably means there is substantial growth happening this year as well? all looking very good for the coming next 10 days or so. If they can achieve a rise from the stated figure of 80mil to 100mil with descent profits that would be great with the other news already disclosed and would justify a re-rate , anything better would be a bonus? my money is that its beyond 100mil .

I was very pleased to see that YU. energy haven't took there eye of the ball when it comes to renewable sources of energy, at 96% of there energy supplied counted as renewable is more than good. Its value as a company is further enhanced as it becomes more attractive as a buyout opportunity. one only has to look at shell energy stance on renewable energy to understand that. This just keeps getting better.

You would if announced think that the institutional investors would be quick to come back on board setting a date for divi to be announced just one part of good news that could be forthcoming along with more cash in bank and more markets share, better margins ect. just have to wait to AGM then all will be revealed. MK$123 looks like MMs want the same, shares have dried up unless they move the bid . They have had the bid at 185 most of the day but in real life if more 190 than 185 all the signs are here they are short of shares. this could now do with a little snip-it of news to get it moving are you there Bobby, share buy back would be a good plan.
