Yv - don't mean to be rude, but don't be ridiculous. The only thing holding it back is that it's taken so long that people don't really believe it's gonna happen. If toll refining is confirmed sp will leap. There's been plenty of drilling in feeder pits so good confidence re grades. In my view move from potential to actual production via toll arrangement is not big, and re-rate will happen v quickly when it starts.
Hope I'm right (for once)! GLA
how 1 person can disrupt a board. I suppose that's psychology - sadly makes it easy for those wanting to de-ramp a share ...
annoying though that someone I don't know should spend so much time and effort trying to undermine my investment.
MrSipp - complete load of nonsense. Companies are on AIM because they need to raise money, like exploration companies. Its all a question of what they do with the proceeds and in particular do they have a clear plan for it which will add shareholder value. Answer: big Yes from me. If you want to invest in companies which don't raise money then don't be on AIM and don't invest in mineral explorers.
I work in general practice. All staff wearing masks all the time, only ever full PPE / full face mask when strong indication of covid positive. For almost all staff, almost all the time its a mask, and should be the best mask they can get = RMS

nope, its a technical term used in healthcare settings
Very interesting thread guys, thanks. I recall CF being particularly positive about ORPH human challenge trials for 2nd generation covid vaccines in one of the recent presentations. This must be what he was talking about.
Trendz - good, thanks!
Suggestion further back in this trail that 4D shareholders might vote against the LOAC deal. I think that's highly unlikely - i think we all appreciate the potential benefits of early nasdaq listing. Might explain why sp is not being allowed to get away though ... ie if it was back to 150+ people might be asking why LOAC shareholders getting them for around 110 (I think that's the agreed price?)
looking forward to hearing if they have been building a stake ...
great post balman. these comments in particular ring particularly forcefully and true for me "I'm sure most of us have been in sh*t stocks for years waiting for a catalyst ..." and " ... we're in excellent hands and the commitment by CF surpasses anything I've seen from other CEOs ..."
This company under CF's leadership is doing great things at tremendous pace. Very exciting times to be involved.

Sangi, thought you knew (and were worried about) everything to do with 4D. This introduces KP nicely, From ShareBuyers, 23rd Sept:
4D pharma has announced it has appointed a new independent non-executive director as it is backing the appointment to make an immediate impact in response to new clinical success and next stages of global development.
Dr Katrin Rupalla is who the Live Biotherapeutics specialist has appointed with immediate effect and she brings with her over twenty years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry having held senior positions at the likes of Merck & Co and Roche.
4D Pharma is very optimistic on the appointment and the overall prospects of the business. It noted Dr Rupalla will make a ‘considerable impact’ on its ‘immediate and long-term clinical strategy’.
Speaking on the appointment, CEO Duncan Peyton noted:
“We are delighted to be able to attract someone of Katrin’s calibre to our Board of Directors. Her vast experience guiding novel therapies through the clinic will be invaluable as we progress our pipeline of novel Live Biotherapeutics into and through the clinic. With her background so well aligned with 4D’s core focus areas of oncology and CNS, Katrin’s experience and network across Europe, the US and China will support 4D’s growth as we continue to expand our global profile.”
try Volz
In addition to Pharm2Farm and Volz:
"we're working on some other deals with some other countries and push it around the world"
fantastic interview. note kills flu as well as covid ...

ambyth - that's a very good find, thank you
Great intervention by a clever man with plenty of integrity. Good on him and good for us shareholders to have him running the show.
russell - I think Duncan is a shrewd businessman so I'm sure he's aware of the need to focus resources where they will deliver most benefit (even if shareholders don't!). All I would say is that vaccines are not foolproof (especially new ones which hven't been properly tested!) - look at the flu vaccine in the UK which is a well established programme, yet flu is still a major cause of hospital admissions and deaths every winter.
Hope you can be a bit more positive then
I have read the posts, so many of them, and I cant see evidence including in your latest that you can possibly, seriously be long. Irrelevant (but with negative spin) - you seem to be desperately looking for increasingly spurious problems. I have confidence in Duncan (who has a significant shareholding) - are you aware of his background and experience, which seems ideal to mastermind 4D's way forward.
