trendz - that's a great response from the company, thanks for sharing. it can get frustrating here, so I'm glad they understand and acknowledge this, and good to know they're moving as fast as possible to get some important foundations in place. I like the comments re Blautix development, partnership and commercialisation. Anyone not purely here for short term trades should be greatly reassured. GLA LTHs
getting that US facility would be awesome - think of the US firms vying to demonstrate that their covid (and other!) offerings are safest / bestest (trumpy!) etc etc, and to do it quickly ... And how best to do that than with ORPH the world leader ...
good posts, thanks guys. what are latest thoughts re CF's presentation after close tomorrow? Does seem deliberately set up to allow a full weekend's thinking time ..?
Might fall up to around 170 where it was in October.
I want to see these masks available asap at all hospitals so that families can at least see and speak to very unwell loved-ones, and at care homes so that visits can resume. There is no reason for delay and a great opportunity to rectify the current sad state of affairs.
This is a helpful overview from earlier this year - ORPH is making it happen:

Sounds like it was a good and encouraging session today, albeit possibly a bit complex for yer average private investor (like me). As soon as SITC is over I think it would be valuable if the company was able to quickly work up a simplified precis of the discussions of the KOL and their presentation sessions which would be digestible for the non scientific community. To include the company's key messages and major take-aways from their time at SITC this year e.g. interest / support / enthusiasm for 4d's work and more generally the place of LBPs in oncology, the company's excitement and expectations for next phases of work , the timescales and capabilities to manufacture etc etc...
4d is well and truly on the map at this rarified scientific level.
Key Opinion Leaders session at SITC at 13:00 today to review data from the MRx0518 trials. Very high powered scientists involved. We already know the results are positive so will be very interesting to hear the experts' perspectives.
Its being streamed live - find it in the Reports and Presentations section of the 4D Pharma website at www.4dpharmaplc.com, and recording and all materials available there after the event.
I'm at work today so won't be able to see it - is anyone else able to join, share impressions etc (provided this site holds up!)

yesterday's RNS was excellent, but obviously lost in the excitement of the vaccine news. Very much hoping there will be a rebound today as people begin to appreciate the significance, not only of 4d's specific announcement yesterday, but the fact that it adds to the growing body of evidence supporting this novel area of therapeutics. Now's the time to get in, at a great sp and before the nasdaq listing. GLA
Just seen Biden on tv. His big message (despite the vaccine progress today) was all around mask wearing. Hope we have a sales team pushing hard over there.
3 papers being presented - wonder if this is the first time a LBP company has had so much on the agenda. Looking forward to seeing whats presented and the discussion, and if it will be preceeded by RNS:
1. Initial immune modulation and safety data from MRx0518 neoadjuvant monotherapy trial in patients awaiting surgical resection of solid tumors
2. Update on safety and efficacy results of Part A of combination trial of MRx0518 and Keytruda® in patients refractory to immune checkpoint inhibitors
3. Further information on ongoing Part B cohort expansion phase of MRx0518 and Keytruda® combination trial
Strange email trail today. Splodge appears to have bought in without knowing anything about 4d or LBPs, then he's asking us to explain why he's made a good investment and to respond to his 4 posts, in each of which he's trying to find something wrong with the work 4d has been doing or the science of LBPs. Don't understand some people - noix, viper, you're very patient.
Splodge, perhaps you should research before you invest, and if you have doubts then maybe look elsewhere? In just a few minutes you could have looked through numerous informed posts here, followed links to some very informative and positive presentations by 4d CEO, read some RNSs, found other scientific comment via Google, looked at the rationale for LOAC's decision after 2 years of searching to partner 4d in nasdaq listing and cash injection...
DYOR seems particularly pertinent! GLA committed investors.
win win!
sogamla - I agree, I'm confident these deals are going to get done, and soon, and that its a great position to be in. Just trying to get to the bottom of why you think imutex in q1 21 and wearables before then. CF has been thinking about imutex for a long time now and the for sale sign (or nasdaq listing) have been around for quite a while. So I'm hopeful this will progress before xmas. The data / wearables opportunity seems to have been identified more recently and there is a big decision to be made i.e. sell to a single buyer or license. It'll be important for CF to establish exactly who will pay what in each scenario, which I have assumed will take a bit of working through, so in my mind that may come through a little after imutex.
Bottom line though, it doesn't really matter, 2 fantastic opportunities for the company to release large amounts of cash in the short term, and commitment from CF that that cash will be returned to shareholders. What a great position to be in.
Yes, but why, what's the basis for why you think this?
Why not?
ORPH has got to be the most interesting and exciting company on AIM at the moment. Multi million £ contracts being signed on a regular basis generating substantial cash pile; huge and growing future order book; rapid expansion in all areas of the company's work; unique services in high demand globally now with confidence that demands and opportunities will continue and grow years in the future; very valuable non core businesses up for sale and commitment that proceeds will go to shareholders; dynamic CEO with loads of skin in the game, genuinely and visibly excited about what the company is doing, commited to rewarding shareholders and not afraid to get out there and promote the company at every opportunity ... Need I go on?!
I've been investing in AIM companies for many years and am currently invested in a quite a few, but In all that time ORPH has got to be the one that has interested and excited me most, and is the one I now have the greatest expectations for.
Very excited for the forthcoming presentations and associated RNSs (whatever day / time they arrive!). Well done and thanks to CF and his team. And good luck to all investors.
Interesting and exciting RNS today. I doubt those senior clinicians at renowned institutions would be doing the KOL next week if there weren't important things to say. GLA
did someone mention my name ..!
olly - good finds, thank you for sharing. woodster - i agree re momentum and next week (SITC presentations for those not aware). Interesting that DP makes a point of saying that oncology could be the area LBPs make their first significant impact - lets hope new / additional info on that is revealed next week. GLA
