A new start up company that have seen an opportunity that has been lying on the ground in Cyprus for many years. They have seen an opportunity to get in early (first movers) and it is looking very promising.
After listening to the Colin Bird chat video with Zak you cal tell that he too see a very promising opportunity. Quote 'Jubilee have walked away from more potential JV's than they have taken up..
If Jubilee agree to a JV then not only will they process all the dumps, they could also process mined ore.
This could go vertical on a JV..

Great too that the BOD are keeping us informed with regular news - For a start up company they are moving rapidly to get to a resource JORC and possible early production with Jubilee.

All results from 0m and open in alll directions. Blimey, I could take the Grand Children over there with their buckets and spades.

I have registered for online attendance at the AGM (hope to make it) and the board are willing to take questions in advance - which need to be in by 16th June.
I attend the recent online EGM at which they again took questions in advance and actually from the floor on the day.
The BOD do seem very open and approachable.

Saint - I was thinking about this too.... I realise that Jubilee need to get their costs back a.s.a.p. but did wonder whether a percentage of any revenues could be apportioned to Caerus so reduce the need for further dilution.
I am expecting further dilution though as this is a start up company and they have stated that they are looking to increase the number of assets.

BlackXBag, do you still think there are placing shares to move nearly three months after launch on AIM? If so I think you are correct in that there can't be many left to move.
Hopefully not too long before we get a Ore sample update form Jubilee and an update on maiden JORC.
Should be more of an update at the AGM as they have asked for questions in advance.

Highlights
· 24 of the 39 drill holes have been completed on the North Mathiatis copper-bearing waste stockpiles, with full completion of the programme expected by the end of May 2021 - Completed and awaiting results.
· Site preparation at Troulli is ongoing ahead of the near term drill programme on the epithermal gold oxide resources and copper sulphide VMS target
· Further work is underway to establish a maiden NI 43-101 copper Resource estimate at Mala, and how to profitably exploit the smaller, high-grade assets within the Company portfolio. - Awaiting resource estimate.
· Prioritisation of prospective copper-gold Joint Venture (JV) projects underway by way of a re-assessment of each of the Company's 16 candidate sites against Jubilee Metals Group JV criteria - Nearly one monthe into programme.
· PR Ploutonic Metals acquisition expected to be completed within the next three weeks following COVID-19 imposed delays - Completed.
· An updated Corporate Presentation will shortly be available on the Caerus website. - Completed & now on website

When you look at slides 8 & 11 of the company presentation you realise how quickly revenue could start with the Ore Stockpiles.
