If we close above 34p today then that is 3 days. So hopefully sorted by close on Friday. Then final results issued Monday 29th March and Capital Strategy Event Tuesday 6th (new tax year). Looking Good!

Certainly sounds very positive in that it is a new contract and partnership and therefore gives additional support to the SP. In addition, Dev Clever very recently executed another material EdTech and services contract. The details of this comprehensive partnership agreement are currently subject to an NDA, which expires when this innovative proposition goes live for general availability. This is expected to occur in the second half of the 2021 calendar year.
Longinvestments, Intrinsic Capital gave Dev £10m in funding when the share price was 7.35p in May 20 but at a subscription price of 10p. Having incredible trust and foresight in the company. Check out Subscription rns of 13th May https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/DEV/right-to-subscribe-byaje214sduj98p.html and check the sp price at the time of subscription. That is why pi's are saying it wasn't at 10p
In Q1 20/21 exceeded the whole of previous year. That was before NISA contract.... Those in the know (that can be bothered to research) get the drift of this Co. GLA
Historic funding that helped the company strategy and has moved Dev into a much higher sp level. Brilliant I would say. It's easy to pick one line out of context in a 100 page document.
Bagzzz, interesting thoughts.... The company has already stated that revenues of £1.2m has been achieved in Q1 2020/21. So taking a minimum forecast to year end would give £4.8m..... Happy Days!
