Martyn's 2m warrants (should he decide to exercise them) at 25p are looking quite healthy. A win win for him and also for Caerus as it would mean £500k into the company coffers.
The more you read the RNS this morning you realise that a JV with Jubilee is looking ever more promising. As Coling Bird of Jubilee has mentioned they turn down more senarios that they accept - so a real coup if it comes off.

antelope - The purchase and issue of shares had already been agreed and RNS issued - This was just the issue of shares to the director for the purchase of Ploutonic by Caerus.

Look at some of the historical grades - they are amazing.

As far as I can tell DEV have received funding from Corporate Investors:
ICJL £8m with 50m warrants at 25p.
192 £10m with 40m warrants at 50p.
Alderbaron $50m with 60m warrants at 60p
Now that is funding from 2020 through to 2024 - Massive investments!!!!!!
Just imagine where the MLA and 'THE CLIENT' could take us!!!

We don't know who the CLIENT is but the more I read the last RNS the bigger the whole proposition sounds:-

Positivevibes, No idea on cost but take a look at the Hellenic website which gives a couple of years to get a plant built and operational. I have no expertise on this matter so can't say whether thie is appropriate or not, I found it interesting. I wonder if Caerus have liaised with Hellenic at all?

Another point from AGM was that Martyn Churchouse mentioned that there were some mines in Cyprus coming to end of life and that equipments re mining etc could become availabe at relatively reduced costs. Maybe one for Jubilee or the new potential Mining Comapny to pursue.

Zombie, Yes Mike Johnson was very careful regarding the information re Mining Company - But obviously talks are proceeding and hopefully news soon.
I am not too sure about anything being announced re Jubilee metals any time soon but Mike did say that a JV was not necessarily dependant on sample results. However, I do like the thought of Jubilee setting up a central location processing plant and being able to process mined ore as well as dumps and stockpiles.

Daikokuten - What I should of added was that at £1 per share Dev's Market Cap would be £600m which is peanuts for a rapidly expanding Ed Tech Company that now has excellent finance strength.

Hi Daikokuten - Yes there is a possibility to drop back to high 30's but as you can see all available stock is being bought up - there have been a number of 50k buys over last few days (a few 50k sells too).
The danger is that the MLA could arrive at any time over next six months. It is near Interim results time too.
So as the saying goes ' I wouldn't want to be out of this one any time soon'.

Well the first RNS this morning seems to have been slightly overshadowed by the Aldebaron investments RNS - but no less important.
As a going concern - TILG seems to fit perfectly into DEV development plans. Comments from TILG co-founders:-
